Staff very professional with 24/7 front desk. Excellent housekeeping. Private beach with beach chairs included in the price and staff attending to guests. Black Sea looked beautiful grom the apartament balcony, So did the sunrise.

Elevator doesn't have A/C, the temperature inside is high and inconfortabile. The beach was enlarged by 200 meters and the famous gold and fine sand from Mamaia's beach is gone. Now the are a lot of shells buried in hard soil and have to wear beach sandals for protection.

Hawaii is truly a paradise — everything was perfect, from the beautiful surroundings to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Special thanks to Elena, the manager, for her incredible attention to detail and for making sure everything was always in perfect order. She truly creates a wonderful vibe that makes you feel at home. Highly recommended!

Location of the property is excellent, good access tot he beach, great restaurant on the premises. Mostly, we would like to thank the entire staff for their hospitality and service. Everyone made us feel welcomed and was attentive to our needs and requests. Staff is professional and friendly and always available. Rooms are spacious and well appointed.

I had a truly memorable stay at Hotel Hawaii in Constanța, and a big part of that experience was thanks to the incredible service provided by two exceptional staff members — Elena and Andreea.Elena, the hotel manager, goes above and beyond in every way. She clearly lives and breathes hospitality — not only handling operational matters with impressive professionalism, but also offering genuine, heartfelt support to guests. Her kindness, attentiveness, and initiative turned our stay into something special. She even improved our accommodation conditions without us asking, simply because she cared.Even during days of less-than-ideal weather, Elena and Andreea helped us find wonderful things to do in the area — from hidden local attractions to amazing places to eat. Their warmth and thoughtful suggestions filled our time with joy and adventure.The positive atmosphere throughout the hotel is a reflection of the people who work there. I felt genuinely welcomed, comfortable, and well cared for — it truly felt like home.I can't wait to return, and next time I plan to bring a colleague to share the experience. I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel in Hawaii. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking — overlooking a vast beach and the endless ocean. It was the perfect setting to relax and unwind.The staff was exceptional — friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Any questions or concerns were handled swiftly and with great care. A special thank you goes to the amazing front desk manager (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch). Her warmth and professionalism truly made our stay unforgettable. Restaurant is great, best breakfast is had in Romania. Minibar has many options and is refilled daily. Staff is helpful.

We liked the view from the hotel (although we were at the first floor - I'm sure it would have been better from an upper floor), the restaurant was very good, with great food and great service (a lot of young, nice and fast people working there, I was happy to see that). The room was cleaned every day. The staff was friendly.

The description of the hotel says it's located in the city center, and it's not. For us, this was a huge downside - the actual center of Mamaia was pretty far, almost an hour walking distance. The room was located right above the restaurant, so it was pretty noisy in the evenings. The breakfast was basic - same few options each day, no variety at all, except for Saturday, when it was better. The parking of the hotel is safe, but it's very small. The sand on the beach was full of small broken shells, it was very hard to walk on it, but it was clean.

Construction; really don’t know how it was approved; the elevator was literally in a corner, in a niche (aprox 10 cm with the wall in front of the door); the hallways with resistance pillars placed in the corridor; small parking area (but not so unusual considering the total space); the entire construction was a little bit unusual just to fit the peace of land. The smell on the hallways; if you are asthmatic or allergic to smells…no complementary water in your room

Smell in the bathroom. Restaurant for dinner - don’t recommend: very expensive, fish was burned, the aperitive came only after the main dish.

Room smelled of toilet and canal. Old matress, very unconfortable. I stayed 2 night where i ate exclusively from the hotel. I had a toxi infection from the food. It is the second time în a row when I eat from their restaurant and get sick.

Hotel is very good value for money, it has an excellent location (middle of Mamaia, right on the beach), ALL rooms have a wonderful view directly at the sea. Food is excellent and plentiful. Staff is very young and helpful. Highly recommended. Will come back.

The staff were, without exception, extremely polite (even when we were wrong and they weren't) and ready to satisfy our needs. The place is kept very, very clean, it's right next to the beach, the restaurant is not excessively expensive (in comparison to the soundings), they serve you rather quickly and very well.

I would say that, for a 4-star hotel, it could use a bit of a refresh, especially my room's bathroom.
