Good room, great breakfast. Very close to the beach.

i was here off season. in march 2025. no heating. no hot water.. on reception is one guy who dont speak local language and his english was poor so very poor comunication amd info received. no wi fi in the room.... overal bad ezperience and no value for money

Absolutely nothing. Dirty rooms, no hot water, nothing good to say

Even though I stayed only one night, my kids are still remembering how bad it was this place

We had one of the best sleep in those beds, I don't know what they're made of, but it was fantastic. The restaurant was great also, with lots of interesting dishes and cocktails to try.

The elevator had some kind of a bug where it takes you to every floor even if you don't select it...

Free room upgrade was made while booking. It was great value for that room at that price. It was spacious, comfortable, with AC, well maintained, with balcony. Good nights sleep. Also,parking included, which was benefit

They were just opening for season I guess at beginning of May. Literally nothing besides room available at that time of year in hotel.No wifi, that’s not too common nowadays

In winter no heating and no hot water. And nobody suggests anything about this, eg mobile electric heaters

They never emptied the thrash during my 4 nights stay. I didn’t request it but also they never did it.

The room was nice, clean and big with an extra couch and balcony, staff ok, we received vouchers for the chaise long on the beach.

Much much better than expected. Based on the reviews and on the exterior of the building, I thought it was going to be really bad. But no! The lobby looks nice and new (and smells good!), room was basic, but with a good vibe, nice sheets and the most comfortable bed i ve ever slept on in any hotels or appartments. The location is also really good, a few steps from the beach, but unspoiled by loud music coming from terraces. So really quiet. We enjoyed our staying. It also had some emotional impact, as more than 30 years ago, I spent some summer holidays here, as a kid, together with my parents.

1.Bathrooms are definitely outdated, they haven't been refurbished in looong time.2. We found the room clean, but then, during our staying, there was no other cleaning activity in our room. 3. TV set is pointless :)

refrigerator broken, air conditioning not working, bed hard and not comfortable, carpet dirty and old, bathroom smelled bad and shower incomplete…

The hotel was a good value for money - in its category, with excellent location across the beach, great sea view + lake view + resort view combined. Staff was amazing & professional (offered support beyond what was expected & served us outside of business hours of the restaurant).Room offered in addition to a great view (as all have great view): clean & qualitative bed sheets, towels and basic amenities.

I liked the location.The price was smaller than other places around.The view.

Even though I was prepared for this, the furniture was old and broken, everything was very dirty and nobody wears a mask (this is all over Constanta).
