Pool was nice, when it was open. Nice to have air conditioning in the room if it is working.

The staff was rarely at the counter, they had to figure out and call someone to charge me before leaving. I am still waiting for an invoice. The air conditioning wasn’t working in my room and the staff was almost rude about it, but did move me to another room where it worked much better.

The view, the location, silence

The overall location was quiet, a big bonus was the closeness to the sea, basically a 5-minute walk. The bathroom was equipped with enough towels and hand soap and we had AC (not sure if it was functional because it was quite a chilly day and the room had a comfortable temperature. The view from the balcony was quite nice.

I was disappointed there wasn't any cutlery available, an electric water boiler or a microwave (or an open kitchen to use) - coming late in the evening after a long road we needed to grab a bite and there was nothing we could use in the room. We asked at the reception and didn't receive any. The cleanliness of the room was below expectations, with stained sheets (while the sheets smelled sort of fresh, you could tell they had old stains on them), the bath mat was quite old and dust settled in the crevices from it, most appliances in the bathroom had rust on them, the bathroom door closed after a few attempts, and the furniture gave off an old smell in the room. The balcony was a bit dusty, we had to move the furniture ourselves on the balcony because it was just stacked by the bed when we arrived. Same with the mosquito net, it was just left in the room probably for us to attach it ourselves. The hotel had an available pool, but it was an extra 12 euros per person to use it.We would've appreciated a vending machine with snacks, drinks, or even a water filter - summers are hot!

Location and air conditioning in the room.

The hotel needs to be shut down and completely refurbished.We stayed 7 nights at hotel Central in Mamaia and was the worst hotel I stayed in ever. The bathroom was dirty, with rust and mould. Shower curtain and shower mat unbelievably worn out and dirty. No windows or ventilation in the bathroom. No floor mat. The shower was old and awkward to use. The room was small with minimal furniture. No hair dryer and iron. When I asked at the reception for iron they said they don’t have one, they can only lend me a hair dryer. The bed was never changed the whole week. Poor bufet breakfast and moulded fruit. The girl at the reception was hardly helpful when we asked for someone to check the air conditioning which wasn’t working properly or the television; her typical advice was to switch it off and on. The pool was unkept, clearly no maintenance was done in the last 10-20 years and the water was dirty. Loud music every night until midnight with first night a real nightmare having to listen all night to incredible loud traditional music from a wedding across the road.I am sorry to say we had a terrible stay.

Cleanliness and a correct breakfast.

Shower box would leak and flood the bathroom. The room door was hard to open and close. I’ve paid an extra for the sea view but there is no view. It could be much better.

It was clean, great view and environment, peaceful place, good breakfast.

Check-in time was too late (16:00), while check out was 12There wasn't even one bottle of water in the room.In the bath, water drained slowly.

There has no hot water in the evening for the entire stay and I guess because of the old furniture the room was smelling funny. Parking was challenging

The room was dirty, service for breakfast was poor. Rooms are old.

The bed was confortabile, I’ve liked that we had the pool. The reception bathroom was very clean. It was right across from the beach. The staff was very friendly and nice.

The rooms are old fashion, though clean. The door was easily breakable. The breakfast was ok but we waited for the stuff to refill the food as it wasn’t enough for everyone, and also the plates were not that clean (maybe those were cleaned in a rush). All in all a little expensive for what it offers but good enough for 2 days.

The bathroom didn't had liquid soap dispenser. The solid soap was missing also, but the cleaning lady gave us extra shower gel little bottles.

I didn't like extra taxes I paid on reception. Booking says taxes are included, but those extra taxes were not included. First day there was no wi-fi.

No tea and coffee in Room and 122 very noisy music right outside even though we asked for a quiet room staff not interested seagulls also noisy

Brilliant service and excellent accommodation aswell as the location as beach front and local to restaurants and shops. Highly recommended ?? was nice and clean room with everything working and spot on. Very shallow kid friendly pool and on the beach front

Bed was broken. Moved to another room then charged for an upgrade despite advising there wod be no charge.
