    Pros +

    • Very nice location, spacious and close to the beach. Definitely good value for the money.
    • The location would be great for the summer season , but for off season it lacks amenities, as most area restaurants and shops were closed. The staff was helpful and pleasant, breakfasts were good.
    • Location. One person on staff.

    Cons -

    • Had a certain charm of an older resort hotel catering to the elite, but many things have fallen into disrepair. Also there is no lift, which makes it quite an exception when housed on the third floor. A/C was mediocre at best.
    • Disregarded for 45 minutes when requested coffee in the morning my the dark haired receptionist. It was near a venue that catered to weddings until four in the morning. They advertise a coffee maker in the room, but do not provide coffee and none available until 8 AM. The room was dirty. Light fixtures did not work. There was mold in the shower. Tiles broken. The ceiling and walls had mold. There was a ant infestation. There was a mouse that we saw in the room. The clothes rack was rusted and broken. The curtains did not block the morning light because one was too short. The toilet was soiled and paint broken so could not be cleaned. There were not enough towels for two people no one afer hours to call. I rented the top floor top season expense. No lounge chairs to enjoy the beach from above. On the ground floor there is no beach view and the grounds keeping had weeds and dirt. THIS IS NOT QUALITY!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. On our last night and opened the hotel door and where greeted by a snake that exited the building when I open the door. The only good thing about this place is the young blonde who came and addressed our conerns to see how band it was. The owner made eye contact with me but made no effort to address my concerns. He continued to smoke in the lobby despite seeing his employees turmoil. booking.com should cancel this company. AVOID AT ALL EXPENSE!
    • Pool not in service. Maybe because wasn't quite summer yet, last weekend in May, but still a little disappointing for kids. At least it's only 50 meters to the sea!

Really cool style, old school fancy wooden carved furniture. Modern features as well, AC, cable, flat screen TV. Right on the beach!! Can't beat the price.

Pool not in service. Maybe because wasn't quite summer yet, last weekend in May, but still a little disappointing for kids. At least it's only 50 meters to the sea!

Great location, nice view, very big suite, tasty breackfast.

    9AndreeaPosted on: 4-27-2025

Great location, very cosy, easy to reach

No soap at the bathroom at arrival, had to ask for but all was taken care after. The breakfast was poor and imposed to the guests, nothing to pick from

    8OlgaPosted on: 4-26-2025

The staff, location and the internet were great. Even breakfast was included. There is a full size mirror in the room, many cabinets, a fridge and balcony from which the lake and the see can be seen. There is also a parking right at the hotel for the hotel guests. The room was spacioue, clean, bright and quite. The shower had different modes. Excelent value for money

It was not clear whether the room is to be or in the process of renovation. The breakfast was poor, we couldn't even get butter. Not all staff speaks English. There was the smell of cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom. The shower mixer was reversed: it took us time to realise that we need to turn "cold water" in order to get hot. No elevator

Not much really. But may have been a very different experience in summer season.

I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. It probably would have been better in high season - but in February this area of Constanta is like a ghost town with little to do in the area. The room was average and facilities in the room minimal (no tea/coffee facilities or iron). It was actually quite a dark and sparse room. It is labelled as boutique but actually the furniture is quite old and tired and rather drab. Breakfast was OK and staff friendly - but it just did not feel like such an inviting place. It may be better in high season when beaches are open - but not a place to stay in winter. It's a good distance from Constanta town centre and taxis are not readily available in the area. I had to do an awful lot of walking! Overall, just lacked that warm welcoming something!! But to be fair it was cheap - and it's true that you get what you pay for.

Personnel very welcoming, fair value breakfast

No heating in the living room, mold in the bathroom, cigarette smoke all across the reception area and in the bathroom (when the light/fan was on), worn out furniture

    Lovely view, atmosphere

Broken sofa, unable to use it, slept on the floor

    Close to the sea

First and foremost THERE ARE COCKROACHES in the bathroom. They tried to hide the smell with a horrible cheap parfume that make us sick. In the middle of the night we found several COCKROACHES in the bathroom. There was nobody at the reception desk. We packed our suitcases and spent the night in the car. Early morning we Went to talk to the receptionist, she knew about the problem and refunded what we paid. The hotel was not particurarly clean, there was mold and people were smoking inside. All this can be forgiven BUT infestation. The hotel should have been closed until this problem is solved. Worst stay of my life!

In the summer it must be truly wonderful as it has a seaside view. We were pleasantly surprised by the decor of the communal area. The staff was very lovely as well. Bargain price too for what it is.

The room could've had a few improvements but it did not matter to us for 1 night.

huuuuge room.balcony with sea view. shops in walking distance.

Hotel was in the perfect location between Constanca centre and Mamaia beach. In fact, I'd say its right next to the prettiest part of the beach. The room was massive and clean. Bed was alright, not the best not the worst but decent enough. The free brekky not only was tasty, but varied day-to-day. The outside area was very comfy. The pool was of a nice size, but we didnt use it as they were cleaning it during our stay. Massive props to the cleaning lady that found out suit in the wardrobe we forgot about and left it right next to the luggage (we left it for a day in the storage).

I was travelling with my Romanian bf and only because of that I was aware to not flush the toilet paper in the bathroom - no signs in English to say that <although check in/out info & breakfast was in both languages>.

Nice apartment, very good location, easy to find.

Breakfast. A plate of sausages or omelette or scrambled eggs with sliced tomatoes and cucumber for everybody. No much choice.

I was very surprised very nice small hotel with family atmosphere with very nice staff

Close to the beach. Friendly staff. Quiet place. It’s nice there is a small pool and terrace.Nice surroundings, easy access to restaurants.

The whole place needs serious improvements. I do not recommend room 3B, it’s very small, dirty topper on the bed, old squeaky furniture.Breakfast not so great.
