The pillows and bed were comfy, the room is big and quiet, the dedicated parking is there

The staff was absolutely horrible. When we came at ~6PM, the hotel was closed, and one of doors had a paper with the phone number to call. We called this number - no one answered, we found different phone number in the internet - nobody answered, we knocked a lot of times - nobody answered. Finally some guests arrived who let us in and then called by some third phone number, so somebody will check us in. The guy showed up and he was absolutely clueless. He just shrugged, hearing that we kept knocking and calling, he was not able to read my name in passport, claiming that it's in Cyrillic despite the fact that English was written just near. Finally he called to some lady, who finally said at least sorry and that she needed to go out and claimed that she called us multiple times. I checked all sources - messages from phone company, history, checked the phone number in profile - no calls and of course no messages through the booking.com. She kept blaming us for this fact. That was the worst check-in experience I have ever had in my entire life!!!Finding parking is confusing. If you just follow arrows, you will find yourself on some gravel unguarded parking ~150 meters from hotel. Only after checking in, we were told that there is the parking nearbyBreakfast was weak. Perhaps one may want to change from buffet to order. Juices were super-weak. I had a feeling that it's 90% water, 10% juice

The location is excellent near the beach and the fact that nearby it hasn’ t begun the construction of another flat it offers quite a view.

The variety of the breakfast was a little sketchy possible because of the off season, although it was tasty, good coffee, and pastries.

Very nice and helpful staff. The apartment was big and comfy, with an incredibly large terasse with sea view. Very very close to the beach.Although same food is served every day for breakfast, there is quite big diversity, many good options that you can try so that you do not end up eating the same thing every morning.

Apartment was not cleaned perfectly. We came with our 7 months old baby and when crowling she started to pickup lots of hair and dust from the floor. Same, the terrase only partly cleaned, for some reason. Anyway, we appreciated that when we mentioned it to the reception, they were very kind and responsive, and the room was cleaned again.There is no mother and child facility and the bathroom from the lobby only has cold water.After we checked out from the hotel, we wanted to use the bathroom for changing baby s dipers - unfortunately, we were not able to do so as there is no changing table and the water was very cold. We asked the receptionist if we could use our room again just for washing the baby with some warm water and changing the dipers and we were told that the room has already been cleaned up and we cannot use it.Private beach was closed.

Great location close to the beach and especially loved the free lounge chairs and umbrealla on the beach.Breakfast is good with a lot of variety and quality products.Room clean and big.

The bed is very soft and the pillows very big and hard. The terace of the restaurant is near the parking lot.

In the room there is a coffee machine which seems to be as a plus for customer but at checkout when they checked the minibar consumption they charged us for the coffee capsules, 6 lei each. The guy from reception should be more customer oriented.

Great Location near restaurants and beach. Clean facilities with good and simple breakfast.

It was a short trip, one night only, but a pleasant one.The room was super clean and comfy.

Everything was 10+. We were upgraded to an apartment that was amazing. Complimentary water in the room, excellent breakfast, very close to the beach. We had sun loungers included on the beach, slippers, bathroom toiletries are from Rituals. There are restaurants very close to the hotel, walking distance. It was a great weekend.

I liked it because it was clean, the care products were from Rituals, we had free lemonade at the entrance, the bed was cozy.

The air conditioning didn't function in the first room, we were moved in another room bit it had the same issue. We had someone though who fixed it. The fridge didn't function in the same room, even though we announced it in the first hour when we arrived there.

All, it is the second year i choose for me and my familly the hotel.

The room ambiance, it was clean and of good size, nice bathroom. The hotel is near the beach. Good and fresh Breakfast.

There are some hotels under construction nearby.

Very nice apartment, clean and well equiped. Well positioned close to the beach but at the same time not beeing afected by the noise from the promenade.Hotel ensures a nice private beach with sunbeds.

The hotel's location in Mamaia is very crowded.A bit on the pricey side.Please give the option of softer pillows :)

Close to the beach, dedicated beach spots. Large rooms, comfortable and clean.

Evening receptionists were sometimes not at their desk, instead hanging out on the porch. Roads in the surrounding area are an absolute disaster, hope the local council fixes that soon

Excellent place, clean and cozy, respectful staff! I loved the ambiance at the breakfast!

Everything was perfect. Very nice and very clean hotel. Free parking available on site and also an electric car charging point for two cars. Amazing breakfast with lots of options. You can also have lunch and dinner in the hotel's restaurant with great options also. Very friendly staff. Very close to the beach - approx 200 m.
