    Pros +

    • The room was nice and very clean, and the staff super friendly
    • I have the best impression from this hotel. It is not very big, but very beautiful and comfortable. It is situated near the lake and big park and near the city bus stop, so it is easy to get to the center of the city. The beach is also not too far as Mamaia Boulevard is 10 minutes on foot. It has its own restaurant with Romanian and European cuisine. The rooms are made with good taste, have beautiful furniture, little fridge, kettle, hair dryer and towels. The owner called and paid for taxi to get to the hotel as it was too late time and we were far from the hotel when arrived to Constanta. We appreciated this very much. Thank you very much for the hospitality of the personal.
    • While the room itself was clean and comfortable, the noise issue completely overshadowed the experience. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately, there wasn’t much they could do to resolve the noise.

    Cons -

    • Disappointing Stay Due to Noise Issues ?I booked a room with a window facing the street, expecting a peaceful stay. Unfortunately, directly across the street was the most popular Manele club? in Constanţa, that played loud music until 8 AM. The bass ? was so intense that my windows literally vibrated throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep?‍?#No sleep
    • For a hotel beds were not very comfy and one pillows were a bit flat and had no spare in wardrobe while the other was big and plumbed, we had to lay on top of duvet for a bit of extra comfort luckily it was warm enough at night just to sleep under a blanket unfortunately the shower doesn't have a glass door/screen or curtain, so after showering the bathroom was flooded. Both my and my mother live a avtive and healthy lifestyles but the positioning of the toilet was next to a wall and a very large sink unit, we were glad our hips weren't any bigger or we would of got stuck, so not well positioned for people with big hips or overweight. Not the accommodation faults but just to make people aware of the area, we arrived here in September when it is still very hot with 25 plus degree heat, nothing was open, there wasn't even any touristy things to do apart from going to the beach, which was fine for us as we prefer a quieter lifestyles but no shops or restaurants were open before 11am except for one supermarket which was about 10 mins walk from accommodation and the only place to go get breakfast.

hotel was reasonably pricewe had a late check in and the staff were very accommodating and attentive.good location, central with the black sea to one side and a lake on the other.hotel and room were very cleanhad a balcony over looking the lake even though it was slighlty obscuredby an ugly building.there is free off road parking.had a fridge in the room that kept our drinks nice and coldthere was working air con.

The hotel is ok, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The shower wasn't fitted well, making it difficult to turn on.

    Passable

We did not get the room we reserved. Parking on the street. When the guy at the reception gave us a room, he said he was doing us a favor, although we regularly booked through the website. We entered the room two hours earlier (thanks to him for that) We got a room in the attic without mosquito nets.

The staff was amazing. You also can t hear the noises outside. Very comfortable bed.

The lack of separation between balconies

Wonderful place! It's so close to the most beautiful beaches and right at the start of the walking zone with lots of restaurants and a luna park. The owner is incredibly dedicated to meeting every need and solving any issue. When my family and I arrived 3 hours late by train, he picked us up at 2 AM because it was festival days and not safe to take a taxi. The next day, he even helped us with clean clothes. I couldn't be more grateful for his kindness and the way he treats all his guests. We'll definitely be coming back!

Amazing place and even more amazing manager! Probably most helpful person in Romania :) and not only concerning the hotel, but everything! You feel there like a guest or a friend and not like some annoying customer... The hotel has delightful location - between Mamaia Beach and 2 lakes. It's almost car-free zone, but when you have room booked you can enter (you have to tell that to the guard by the barrier) and park your car in front of the building (after unpacking your luggage, manager shows you a spot for your car at the parking lot on the backside of the hotel building). Room has nice and modern design, beds are comfortable, bathroom is quite big and clean. There's also an AC, tv, minifridge and an electric kettle. There's also a nice terrace (we had the room with the view on the promenade). We will be back for sure

The hotel is located in the northern part of the city park, very close to its coast. Very close the the city mall, sea beach as well. The staff is very polite! There is a hotel private parking for about 4 cars, you better should not park your car on a street in front of the hotel.

The hotel is located on a "party" street full with clubs and restaurants. Our stay was in May, before the tourist season is open, but despite of this it was very loud all night long - it was a big event in the restaurant on the first floor in the hotel. Also there is a pop-folk club in front of the hotel, which is open till the morning. So we could not sleep well till 5-6 am. I cannot image what happens there in the summertime.

    Disappointed

The sheets were not clean, I had to ask to change them.In front of the hotel was a club and the noise was extremely loud. I couldn't sleep until 5 am.Was hair everywhere, not the cleanest hotel I've ever been.

    2IonPosted on: 3-5-2024

The location is good especially for a family, because it is near in the park and the city park mall.

It was disappointing,we saw on the pictures posted about the room. But when we arrive, there was no receptionist on the reception we wait for like 5 minutes and also on the check-out no one is there. We call on the phone in order to checkout. And about the room,we are placed on the attic part,no terrace, the window is on the ceiling,no bulb on the bathroom and we need to call the receptionist to put a bulb on it,the bedsheets smells odd and also the room. It was really disappointing for the price they have..

Location is nice. Staff is polite and helpful

Very dirty bathroom. And the overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired

    6AlinaPosted on: 10-30-2023

    The bed was comfortable.

We booked a quadruple room, but when we arrived there they did not have one and we stayed in a triple room. They offered the apartment, but when entering there, it was too hot and there was a smell in there so we had to move again to the triple. In the room we stayed in the door handle in the bathroom was broken and the wc was not properly cleaned. Also, the first night there was no hot water, but when we called reception it was fixed.

    9Maria-sabinaPosted on: 10-9-2023

    Superb

Some appliances were broken, the kind of situation you find at the end of the season. But on the whole, the hotel was nice, very clean and the staff was very nice.

    5MariusPosted on: 9-23-2023

Good location and clean but I don't advise.

Private party just across the hotel (same owner) which ruined my night. Couldn't sleep all night. It was a nightmare!

    6MiroslavPosted on: 9-8-2023

The hotel is located at the beginning of the entertainment zone, but we had peace at night, without disturbance from the street. You leave the hotel, and we can immediately visit the stalls with local specialties of the local cuisine. The center of the amusement park is approx. 250m from the hotel and there were not many people during our stay.

The hotel is older, it has already experienced something. The room equipment was very worn. Cleanliness at the basic level. Acceptable for one-night travelers thanks to the offered price.

    10EmiliaPosted on: 9-3-2023

The room was big and comfortable. There was a fridge and a kettle to prepare yourself a cup of tea or coffee ( your own ) in the room. The hotel gardenThe location is on the street where Mamaia Holiday Village starts where there are plenty of restuarants and holiday attractions ( fun park ).
