They don't have a wide variety of dishes but all the food is delicious.
The bathroom had an odd smell but it was OK.
The staff is ok and is answering your complains.. cleaning ok..but from the respect for the client and to the peasantry that exists in this hotel..and which practically makes you regret that you are Romanian..this would be it..I left nervous and upset that I spent so much money on something not worth a quarter
When you arrive the first day..you don t know what your rights are. there is no information about what is included in AI..nothing about it..no respect to the distance of each other..no one remarks to those who do not respect the rules of hygiene..I have to always stay to hunt for food and table...and to argue on the sunbed that belongs to your room..horrible..I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

The cleanliness was very poorThe staff was rude and many times they didnt answer when I said good morning or thank you.The food was disgusting.Everything fried and boiled in oil.No taste for the food.Not so many options .The check is in the first day was at 6 pm!!!This is hilarious!!The staff didnt inform us from the first day about the facilities with all inclusive system.Im not drinking alcohol but they must inform the people what they can have and what they cant have.
The beach was nice, the staff from the beach bar was amazing, very friendly, so helpful...
The reception staff, specially the reception manager on duty on 16 Jul, was so rude, totally unprofessional, less knowledge about her position, she left us a sour taste for our stay in the hotel and for our trip, she almost told us to choose other hotel, almost sent us away when I asked for the details... Too bad for the hotel with such a staff!!!
