The spa facilities are good
While the spa facilities are good, it requires some more monitoring since none of the rules were being obliged around not jump in the water, running around the pool, ideally some best practices on using the spa areas like sauna, etc
This hotel is excellent for visiting Fatima and Ourem. The staff is wonderful and helpful, the rooms are nice and comfortable, the breakfast has a great variety, and the spa is a tranquil treat. I will stay here again.

Horrible windows in the room, you hear the cars all night long passing by and people talking in the street. Very difficult to sleep.

Amazing staff, polite, very helpful and effective.I forgot something in the room and they had no problem sending it to my address.The breakfast was amazing, felt like eating from a farm.

Loved this hotel.. Great value for money. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was so nice and friendly.. we were only to stay here for 3 nights but extended for another 3 nights we liked it that much.. a very relaxing and welcoming hotel. Would definitely come back and would highly recommend. 10/10

Hotel has always been a great hotel. Very nice rooms and spa area.
Time limit on pool area is ridiculous. Staff is not as friendly as they once were. Lobby bar used to be amazing drinks at reasonable prices. Now mediocre drinks at crazy prices.
Breakfast was great. Very good extra large bed. A nice SPA. Very kind and helpful staff.
An outdoor pool would have been wonderful in that hot weather
I really like this hotel, not my first time and that’s the main reason why I booked at Dom Gonçalo.The staff are very friendly and professional.The bar is very comfortable great place to have a drinks after a full day exploring Fatima.The breakfast have plenty of choice.
Just a little problem with the bed linen, but it wasn’t a big problem so we will return to Dom Gonçalo.

No complimentary water and no tea facilities. Charging for Nespresso coffee pods machine use was surprising.

Failure to return these at check-out costs €15 per card. Spa: Monday to Sunday: 09:00 to 21:00. Restaurant: close on sunday´s for dinner and monday´s for lunch and dinner.
