Great location for Fátima shrine. Easy to get around.

It is really worn down. Needs a refurbishing. Tiny beds. Felt like a child.

very professional and helpful staff who arranged an early check-in for us, which was much appreciated, quick check-in and check-out process, a possibility to store luggage before check-in / after check-out, an excellent location, just around the corner from the Fatima sanctuaries and churches, and only a short walk from the bus station, very nicely equipped and spacious room, including a stable and fast wifi connection, breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options, once back in Fatima, we will definitely select this hotel again

just a tiny detail that an electric kettle could be provided, though we were aware of it in advance, to be a little picky, breakfast would be top-notch if there was a live station for omelets in addition to the scrambled eggs already offered

Front office staff were excellent and very flexible with me when I asked to stay another night.

The bar staff on the other hand was not too happy when he was called to prepare a sandwich at noon. He was banging cupboard doors behind the bar even the gentleman infront desk was a little embarrassed by the noise. I paid for the food but I was afraid to eat it.

You cannot ask for a better hotel or better people. The people working at the front desk were simply amazing. The customer service was impeccable. The helped us check in early, and were very helpful with any questions that we had. The room was large and impeccably clean. The bathroom was great as well. It is 10 minute walk from the main cathedral so you are in the middle of the action. There are multiple restaurants and shops within a minute's walk as well. I cannot recommend this enough.

The location is perfect - walking distance to the sanctuary and a very nice, clean, and efficient hotel. Would stay here again!

Wonderful stay, super clean and comfortable room. Location is prime and near to everything. The breakfast is amazing, lots of variety, and the staff are very nice and helpful. The overall stay is more than amazing and would come again.

Arrived early. Staff was very helpful at getting us an early check-in (which was difficult given it was a top event day for this location). The room was well appointed. Plenty of storage space. Good bed and linens. Good bathroom, hot water, strong shower. The on sight restaurant is good too. It is a buffet but the food was delicious. The hotel is walking distance to the Fatima square. We believe the hotel's souvenir shop is a better value that what you will encounter on the way to the Fatima shrine.

Very nice room with a balcony at a great price. Comfy bed, nice facilities and just a few minutes walk from the Fatima shrine.

Breakfast was just so so and we were seated with another family even though the dining room was empty. Would have been fine with that if it was crowded but prefer our own table otherwise.

Restaurant facilities very poor especially breakfast: coffee machines constantly malfunctioning. Staff more keen on removing plates than ensuring customers had everything they needed

Shower was not working properly, sink was partially blocked Bed linen /curtains were a bit dusty No bottled water was in the fridge. Had to go and buy drinking water No face tissue in the room

Although breakfast was excellent, they could have some changes in the menu once in a while.

Kind and helpful 24 hour staff. Checked us in real late and gave us the best room. Lobby was clean and elegant. Breakfast buffet was so good and had so many food options.
