Very large rooms, many with the use of a kitchen. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Excellent value for money.

The location is near Fatima Church. The staff was very nice and accommodated my requirements. The room was clean and of a good size.

No appliances in the kitchen.

Location and front desk staff were lovely.

Dinings staff. No coffee cups or juice cups. No forks. Hotel bathroom was broken. Shower was uncomfortable. Second room with kitchenette was warm. A lot of small bugs in the room.

Room was horrific - hot staff was rude and cold

Rooms felt like u were sleeping in an orphanage or naval base staff was super cold and rude not accommodating at all worst experience i have encountered particularly since it was a sanctuary place

Clean, space full, with good breakfast.

Very uncomfortable beds. Shower didn’t stay a consistent temperature. Smelled cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation system.

Location is perfect, it is just a few metres away from Fatima's Sanctuary. If you are traveling with older people who can't want a lot, it is great so you can easily make many visits to the Sanctuary. It also has a large underground parking.

The room had a kitchen but it was LOCKED so we couldn't use it. We asked about this and we were told that they did this because we had paid for a cheaper option of the room.

Breakfast is Ok, location is good, very close to Fátima church for pilgrims.

It was a lovely two-bedroom apartment, perfect for a family stay.The fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus, although it lacked utensils. The rooms were very spacious, with plenty of closets, a comfortable sofa, and a table. We also appreciated the several bottles of water provided — a thoughtful touch.

Location is really good and the staff was really helpful, even with the constrains they had to deal with.

In a 4 stars hotel, in a place where there's an hotel in each corner, the attention to customer comfort was really poor. Although announced in the description that the pool and spa were closed, the spa was being advertised everywhere, leading to mistake. Also, I cannot comprehend how the bar was ALWAYS closed. Not a single coffee I was able to get. One day it was because they had a group dinner, but during the 3 days it was closed.

The mattresses weren't comfy, the kitchenette had a lot of equipment which are not working, the breakfast is a little poor

Clean and very polite staff. Location was amazing and it was very spacious

Breakfast was disappoint (canned mushrooms and sausage, kool aid juice, very bad coffee)Pillows were too high and hard, duvet was not thick enough (i believe they were summer duvets and i went during winter), some visible tears on the bed frame, shower curtains (????? )

Very quite hotel,huge and comfy bed.Friendly staffs especially Jenny who always attended us during breakfast time,I will definitely book again incase we will come back to Our Lady of Fatima.

All good .I just wish to have kettle in the room with coffee and tea bags.

Lunch/dinner was awfull,cold tase less food,not for small money.

breakfast was good; the bed was a good size and clean, and I could hear mass from the window. The staff was friendly and flexible. The gym was okay, and the pool was enjoyable even though it was cold weather.

When I booked the room, I ensured the spa and sauna facilities were open and in service. The website said it would be operational from the 1st of September, but once there, they were not open to the public. The bathroom was not a 4-star hotel bath. The shower was quite horrible and always flooded the floor.
