Location

Staff. Went to bar for a glass of wine. No help available. Bartender sitting on his phone, ignored us then walked away. Abut 108 people in a group did get served, but said it was like pulling teeth.

Great location! Short walk from bus station and across the street from the Sanctuary grounds. Hotel staff were very kind and attentive. Bottled water in room fridge was a bonus. Hotel guide in rooms for quick references to WiFi, check out time, etc. laundry service available (didn’t use). Breakfast was great and had a lot of options. There were extra blankets in the large closet. It had everything we needed!

The location is the best!

I’ve stayed in past and felt that it very cleaned but not this time. The bathroom was duty especially the floor. Didn’t look like it was even mopped from the previous guest. Weird smell in the room also. Last timeBreakfast was very good. This time very little amounts, empty trays not a lot to pick from.

Walking distance to the sanctuary of our Lady of Fatima. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, and the hotel itself has a restaurant.

Very close to everything. Great restaurants, nearby, and close to adoration Chapel the perfect place to stay in Fatima.

The hotel is amazing. If you would like to stay close to Fatima sanctuary, probably the best spot.In front of Sanctuary of Fatima.The staff was friendly and support us in whatever we need.The rooms was big, clean, cozy and very comfortable.The international breakfast keep us feeded and enjoyed the time.I do recommend this hotel and for sure will be my next time in Fatima.

Very spacious and clean room, beautiful, comfortable bed. Plenty of outlets, wifi was good. Desk staff was very helpful and attentive. I arrived early and they held my bag for me. Breakfast was good, lots of selection. Location was excellent, right across the street from Fatima. I couldn't have asked for a better location.

I did not like the restaurant, this is not the breakfast room. I was ignored by the waiter, complete and total lack of service. It seemed they were only interested in groups. The hostess told me which table to go to, did not bring me to the table so I had to just walk over by myself. The table was still dirty from the previous guests. I stood there for 5 minutes and was completely ignored, not even acknowledged. I understand being understaffed and busy but how difficult would it be to acknowledge my presence, at least tell me they will be with me as soon as they can. I went back to the hostess to wait and was ignored there. This was totally unacceptable. When the table was finally cleaned, they again pointed for me to go to that table. It took a long time for the waiter to come to the table. I wasn't given the right menu. He treated me like I was a bother to him as a solo customer. When the food finally came out, the waiter never came by to check. Absolutely terrible service. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Again, to be transparent, this is completely separate from the breakfast room.

Hotel Fatima was wonderful. It is located just across the street from the Fatima Sanctuary, in fact we had a lovely view from our window. The room was bigger than I expected with a large washroom and a comfortable bed. The hotel is a bit outdated but very clean and quiet. We opted for breakfast and it was great with a variety of hot and cold selections to choose from. There is parking available on site and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The best location, right in front of an entrance to the sanctuary. We’ve got a remodeled room, so there was no carpet, which we really liked. Dinner and breakfast had plenty of good options. Restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. Would recommend.

Location is excellent. The Shrine is 2 minutes walk across the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended to anyone coming to Fatima.

Nothing major negative to say except they should provide slippers as the bathroom floor is cold.

The property is at the perfect location to visit the sanctuary . Amazing shops and restaurants . The peace and tranquility and amazing vibes . Lovely energy and spotlessly clean . Very kind people too.
