the breakfast was quite robust with lots of sweet and savory options. teas and coffee were also available. the staff were on hand to refill the breakfast items as they were finishing. there were fruit options and freshly baked items

the cold cuts were from processed food items. the breakfast items were repeated daily they could have been room for different items so that it didnt become monotonous

it was very good breakfast. variety of options and also filling. the staff were courteous and helpful. they kept the dining area tidy after each guest left.

they didn't have usb charging points in the rooms. Also the bathrooms may require some up grading.

A high chair for an infant is not available. They only have a seat, which is difficult to attach to the table and is quite uncomfortable for the child. Some employees in the dining room know very little or no English, so communication was very difficult. Nevertheless, they were very kind and did their best to give us all the information we needed.

All of our expectations were met, beginning with the cleanliness of the hotel, the tasty meals, and most importantly, the welcoming service.When it came to recommendations for sight-seeing or locating a hairdresser, especially Ania was extremely helpful in every circumstance.We highly recommend it. The hotel is in the perfect location, and the rooms have stunning views of the cathedral and beautiful gardens.
