Warm friendly staff. Hotel employee volunteers .. I lost my passport. she called and I believe was instrumental in its return. Fantastic people here. Top notch.

Repaired urinal would be nice.

I only stayed one night but it was an excellent stay. The location is perfect, the staff was super friendly and offered some great tips, and the hostel was very clean. Couldn't ask for more.

I spent a week at Hostel Pupa and wish I could have stayed longer, the facilities were great but the staff was like family, thanks for everything Nina, I can’t wait to come back again.

I liked the location, close to the old town, quiet zone.

The door between the kitchen and the hallway was quite loud when it closed, especially at night.Maybe you could install something to prevent it from closing too abruptly.

The location is really good . So close to old town but at the same time quiet and peaceful. The girl working on reception on New Years Eve very friendly and very helpfull. Hope she gets a raise. Everything is neat and tidy. And what you get for a silly price you pay feels like a 1st world privilege almost.

The mattress is the softest I ever was on so a bit weird for me but still slept like a baby. It's a bit chilly in the shower but I don't think it's easy to heat up an old building like this and having the possibility to sleep in an old building like this is a privilege. Still 10 out of 10. Maybe even more. Will definitely come back.

A bit on the expensive side

As a solo traveler, everything about the place was great. The staff (super-friendly), the rooms, the toilets, and especially the location. Being centrally located in Kotor, it was just so convenient to travel to the bus stop or the local attractions. Absolutely loved it. This was definitely one of the most convenient places I've lived in.

Good location, everything else was fine.

Parking was a challenge, grateful that I managed to fit in the wee lot.

Location friendly staff and cleanness

Excellent location - on the marina and by the old city.Great people at reception. Clean room and comfy beds.Dormitries felt fairly spacious.

Quite a small place so not a lot of options in terms of hanging out in shared areas.When I was there there was a couple who behaved like e upstairs lounge was their office/living room. Downstairs reception area is the other shared space but it's quite small too for the amout of people in the hostel.

the staff is so friendly and patient to answer all questions, they are the treasures. the location is perfect, 5 min walk to bus station and old town. the curtain to protect privacy is good. they have kitchen to cook which is nice. it is clean. wifi is good.

The staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean and the hostel is located close to the seagate to enter the old town and directly at the water.

Staff members are friendly and kind. It is in between the bus station and the old town, which is a good location.

I had such a great stay here! The hosts were absolutely amazing – super kind, helpful with everything, and just a pleasure to be around. The location is perfect, really close to the Old Town but not right in the middle of all the noise, which was great. The facilities were excellent, everything was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. Highly recommended!

I loved the chill vibe of this place, huge kitchen (2of them!) lots of natural light, overlooking the marina! Staff is so helpful and fun. Bathrooms so nice, best beds and views! So close to the bus station and grocery and Old Town too!!!

The loveliest people work at Pupa! I've had some of my best nights with them sitting just outside playing guitar with Simon and singing with Ena and Nina :) I came for just 1 night at first, ended up spending a week altogether. There are 2 kitchens and 2 common rooms. The second floor one has a big table where you can easily work from your laptop.Loved the curtains for more privacy!Little tip: book with them directly, you'll save money

- Not a fan of making my own bed and stripping in down upon check out. Honestly, I think this place needs a volunteer.- You might have to wait for your turn in the bathroom around check out time.- The mattress and pillow were too sort for me personally (I'm used to harder surfaces)

Super nice staff, some even speak Spanish, along with great English and the local language. Super friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, close to everything including the main bus station and the old town. AC works well, and the bathroom was always available and clean.

No complaints at all.
