Located among historic monuments on the Main Square of the UNESCO-protected old town of Kotor, Hotel Vardar offers elegantly furnished accommodations with free internet access, satellite TV and seating areas. Selected dishes accompanied by cocktails and other beverages are served on the terrace. Guests can start their day with a rich buffet breakfast. The state-of-the-art wellness center includes a small gym area, a sauna and Turkish bath. Restaurant Galion is located a 10-minute walk from the hotel directly at the sea. Hotel guests benefit from a 10% discount at the restaurant. A fish menu accompanied by an extensive wine list is served. The view from the terrace above the old walls of the city and of the sea is breathtaking.

Pros +
- The location in the middle of the old town is convenient for walking to dinner or touring the walls. The room was very luxurious with an excellently equipped bathroom.
- Wonderful, wonderful location. Being in Kotor is magical.
- Location was great, room was beautiful and clean.
Cons -
- The spot in the old town means parking absolutely will not be convenient and you will have to lug your bags a good distance. Also, the staff here was pretty clueless when we stayed. The lady at the desk didn't know how to make the room keys work.
- I doubt there is anything they can do about this, but it is REALLY loud at night in the area with nightclub sounds from nearby. I thought people were exaggerating, but they aren't. Kotor is noisy at night. Full stop.
- Hotel has strong smell of smoke and we were supposed to have a parking spot included and when we got there, there wasn't one so we had to pay 20 euros out of pocket.
