Servant quarter!Sleep at this property but do break fast and get all reception services from the neighbour hotel around the corner. Absolutely poor toiletries.

Room has no chairs, closet door was broken no place where to open suitcases, no place hang towel mirrows dirty

The staff was very helpful

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the room didn’t have a fridge and they didn’t provide any water.

Nice room with fabulous breakfast and you can use gym(breakfast and gym at neighbouring hotel)

Place was clean and tidy. Room was big.

The water wasn’t hot, it was cold. It’s too far from the center and the room was old. It’s enough for a sleep only.

Location and staff

The floor and the room smelled like tobacco. Someone was smoking there. A lot. The staff changed us to the other hotel.

Staff supported with an issue in the room we were allocated. They were kind and helpful.Comfortable bed and convenient. It ticks the box for a couple of nights.

We had to move rooms because the air conditioning unit was leaking. Corridors smelled of smoke.

It was at good location and easy to get by car. Bedding was clean, bathrooms had all necessary facilities.

We had arrived at night and was not easy to find the reception- it was at another hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable and the price was reasonable.

You have to check in at the neighbouring hotel around the corner, and the absence of anyone at reception gives the place a slightly soulless air

Worst hotel I have ever been in last years, not just in Spain.

Noisy, cinema next to my room, just cold water in the shower, no reception, no minibar, snack automat doesnt work…

If you’re coming to villarreal to follow the football, stay in castellon de la plana instead.

Stated that I could use the spa and gym facilities, I was therefore looking forward to using the pool but found it locked. I went to reception to ask why it was locked and they couldn’t give me a straight answer and just said it can’t be used. The location is awful. It’s as if they just plonked it there as there was no space anywhere else in villarreal. Took a while to walk into the centre of town. Also meant that the view wasn’t that nice.Didn’t see a single member of staff in the hotel at all, always had to go to villarrreal palace to speak to anyone. The front door was often left open too so anyone could walk in off the street.

Room size is ok, it had a bath tub, clean and nice

Place is spotlessly clean, and all staff friendly and helpful. The buffet style breakfast is fantastic.

As a Brit, access to a kettle and tea bags is essential. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, so a travel kettle is a must when packing.

Room was clean good bathroom with complementary toiletries & excellent value for money

Our door didn’t lock at first so we had to get maintenance to fix it & there had been a mix up with the bed request but it was eventually resolved . This however did not deter from the fact that overall it was a pleasant stay & for the value I would stay here again .
