Great morning breakfast and helpful waiters. Good easy parking. Fast checkin and checkout. Not crowded.

Rooms were cold and the bathrooms need a little renovation. Also the rooms design are dark and outdated.

It was clean, the room and our suite was comfortable, the breakfast was ok.

Many things were weird: when we checked in, we were told that the wellness area is open from 10:00am to 2:00pm and the steak house was closed. When we wanted to use the spa (at 1:15pm) they informed us that it costs 24€/person/2 hours for it. We've never heard of paying for wellness access when booking a room in a Wellness Hotel, especially one that is more expensive than hotels without Wellness facilities. When you book through on Booking platform, you don't always check the hotel's own website for details like this. Booking should make this kind of information visible.

Comfortable, clean and good breakfast buffet

Some of the reception workers are not aware of international business hotel standards and customs

Good hotel for everything, though not exceptional in any particular thing. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, free parking. Restaurant food was good

Hard to find the hotel and entrance when the sun has set. Probably would help to have some lighted signages

Comfortable beds, friendly and helpful stuff. Super clean. The location is perfect. Close to the train station and not far away from the city center.

Second time I've stayed here and Sauna was closed again. No door on shower, pretentious and messy. Also opposite a window with a blind that didn't work. Breakfast also not the buffet as advertised. had to order breakfast individually

I received a room for one insted of one for two, as I demanded.

Great bed. Very comfy shower. Good heating.

The service people are so nice, temperature in whole hotel is perfect, bed is comfortable, room is so clean, with table, chairs and silent place, perfect to work,. Toilet, shower room well equiped. Very recommended.

Maybe to have a place to work a few minutes in the lobby, a table or so. The cofee machine produce only espresso, not regular coffee.

Modern finish and great location

No water, shampoo, robe, slippers available in room. You can buy water from the reception. No option to buy extra toothpaste or razor (items you may forget). Breakfast was ok but basic, coffee and tea option were basic no chocolate available. The sauna was not working and to use wellness centre it cost 15€. The duvet is small, bed is firm but I like that. The towels were not replaced u less you ask, and twice they smelt like they had not been washed.

Location and good looking hotel, also some of the straff was nice and helpfull.

The rom we gott smelled sigaretts. And they where fully booked so we could’t get a rom before the next day. We was only staying for 3 nigths so, we just opened the window lived with it. The breakfast was also okei but could have been mutch better.

Separated smoking section in the breakfast room. Unfortunately it' s door left open frequently by the staff.

perfect location, everything is within walking distance. the price is really fare.

we booked 2 rooms and stayed for 2 nights, but the rooms weren’t cleaned even once. when asked reception we didn’t get a satisfactory answer, all we got was an apology and an offer of clean towels.

Gentleman running the bar at night. Very professional and friendly. A bonus to the hotel.

Jacuzzi and steam room out of order. Nobody mentioned this to us on checking in even though we booked the wellness spa area. The breakfast area carpet is very dirty and sticky. Looks stained and old.

Hotel is well located, not completely in the center, but 15 min walk will get you there.Easy check-in if you do it on line before. Really friendly staff in reception. Well equipped rooms with comfy beds.

Breakfast choice could be better. Ristretto were 4 drops of coffee, maybe machine was finetuned well.
