Very spacious and clean, great location in the centre

The breakfast was delicious, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel location was very close to Dóm svätej Alžbety.

Perhaps because it was a visit during the Easter holiday, the cleanliness of the room was a little bad. Nevertheless, when I asked the staff to change the room, they immediately changed the room.

This is a very nice hotel, right in the centre of Košice. The room was very big and well heated. The bathroom was large and very clean. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff were friendly.My only complaints are very minor: there was no handrail for getting into/out of the bath to have a shower, and the shower head didn't tilt so you had to stand right up against the bath taps.

This hotel is situated in the pedestrian area of the city centre. It is conveniently situated for the occasional business visitor who wants to spend time in the older part of the city.

Located in the city center at the old town.

Rooms were so so dark the lights were really bad. The curtains in the windows were washed first and last time at the opening. The breakfast wasn’t good,poor quality of food and service.

I liked the location as it was absolutely in the central of the town. The interior of the room was not bad, same with the breakfast which was average but ok.The staff was flexible they were willing to give us new room when we asked for.

There was nothing extra which would make this exceprional. I hardly found anything to do inside the hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, just a couple of hundred metres from the cathedral. But I think the best thing was the way the staff were so helpful…. The lady on reception went out of her way to solve minor issues like missing desk lights, broken key cards, which made the stay better. The restaurant staff at breakfast were very good as well.

The original room I had overlooked a wall and I asked to be moved.

Lovely location

Arrived at 9am for breakfast and was most items offered were empty. We asked about restocking and was told "you must come down earlier." Then we inquired about black coffee and was told "black coffee is extra charge." We paid 15-20 euro each for breakfast with nothing to eat but scraps is cheese and bread.

Small hotel in the heart of Košice. Nice and clean, friendly staff.

Hotel right in the centre of this beautiful city. Nice breakfast room and very hulpful staff. Also nice large room and shower room likewise.

Olde worlde but rooms are modern and very clean

Breakfast could have been a bit more suited to English, however it was much improved since my last visit in April, It would be better if there was a hospitality tray in the room! I had to ask for a kettle and cups to make a cup of teaTea and coffee facilities should be provided

Decent hotel.

No water pressure! Hard to find from the parking side. No signs! The automatic lights inside don’t work very well and turn off way too soon.

Good location, nice historical building. It has glass art collection exposed in common areas - very beautiful.

I arrived late, parked my car in hotel garage (for a fee), but was not allowed to park it till 16h00 next day - just till 14h00. It was completely empty when I left, and I had to pay for parking outside the hotel....
