Klinglhuber Suites

Room was comfortable and clean. The location is great, right next to the main pedestrian walkway in Krems, very close parking lot with a barrier which gave confidence to leave to car there. Great breakfast. A very nice stay overall!

Lovely bed, great air conditioning, nice shower. The buffet breakfast was also great. And staff (owner?) were wonderful and pleasant.

No concerns whatsoever. On this trip to Austria I have stayed in 8 cities/towns, so 8 different accommodations - and this was the nicest. Maybe a bit more pricey, but well worth the money.

A great modern and large room and bathroom with kitchen. A lovely look out onto the terrace. Close to down town shops, cafes and restaurants. Staff were very accomodating to our needs and went the extra mile.

Spacious suite that felt very luxurious. The breakfast was incredible and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The suite was located across the street from the reception desk.

Very big room, modern facilities. Big free parking yard a few steps down the road ( they will give you a map and access code). Reception is very efficient check-in and check-out. Nice breakfast with good selection of food and drinks.

Everything is very good.

Staff were amazing. Pool was great. Spotlessly clean

Well located, a short walk to old town. Lovely spacious room. Pool was great for a refreshing swim after a day of exploring

The staff was exceptionally friendly! The rooms were spacious and clean

Clean. Spacious.

The charge for using tea bags is something I haven’t seen before.

Ease of check-inGreat staffCleanliness of roomGood breakfast Great location

All was good

The suite was large, tastefully decorated, WLAN fast, A/C, Minifridge, Nespresso machine, Water heater, WC was separate from bathroom, elevator.Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. Large hotel owned parking lot, easy to reach.

Absolutely amazing service! Staff at reception was super friendly and very helpful, the suite was very clean and we even received a dog treatment in the room - which was a cherry on the top :)The location is great, the town is very cute and perfect to enjoy some sightseeing or a walk.We already extended our stay for one more night and we will definitely be coming back!

excellent breakfast buffet. very generous room, modern but warm interior, natural wood, windows that do actually open . espresso maker in the room

had to pay for the espresso capsules for the in-room espresso maker. Although just a very small amount , but could be included in the room rate and generate an even better customer service experience. Just food for thought

super nice breakfast and spacious room

that I had to pay extra for coffee and tea facilities in the room

The suit we stayed was modern and specious. Well equipped, even with tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was better than expected great selection and perfectly cooked eggs! Just at the edge of the old town center. Helpful staff. All in all a very good experience. Perfect place to explore the Wachau region.

We spent one night in the Klinglhuber Suites during our trip to Wachau. We planned the accommodation at the last minute and we were very pleasantly surprised with this, staff was very nice, the room and bathroom were spacious, clean and there was a Nespresso machine in the room. The continental breakfast was great. We are very satisfied with this accomodation.

size of room, location

shower water stream weak

Great breakfast

Having to pay for teabags and coffee that were in the room. I have never before had to pay for tea or coffee that was already in the room!

The staff were friendly and the location was very good. The new wing of the hotel is airconditioned. It has a small pool and area to relax.

the shower door did not close properly so water leaked out on the floor. This should have been checked and repaired before letting the room. There is a nespresso machine in the room but they charge Euro 1.20 for each capsule. At a rate of Euro 130 per night the capsules should be included.

Beautiful suite
