Breakfast was great, spa was nice

Room was very nice and quiet. Nice view to the vineyards and friendly/fast service from the receptionist. Parking was a bit tricky but you can find something later in the evening and avoid the 16 Euro/Night park fee. Breakfast was very nice, but very crowded. Friendly staff. If you want to enjoy the spa then booking in the warmer months is probably a smarter choice.

Main Spa was overcrowded with no place to relax for someone staying in the hotel. There is a small separate sauna area (Grün Sauna) outside the main spa which is only accessible for hotel guests, but there were only 4 beds there to relax inside and you had to walk 100 meters in the cold (we went in January). Outdoor pool looked nice. Was not able to book a massage since services are closed on the weekend.

We liked the saunas and the spa area in general but at the same time the hotel doesn't offer that much to do in the spa area. The breakfast offer is very good and they also had glutenfree cornflakes! The people at the bar were very very kind and the staff in general really helpful.

Not so much things to do in the spaDuring breakfast time it was hard to find an empty table and the indoor pool is a bit boring.Also the restaurant was already fully booked and is only open until 3pm on Sundays. Our mattresses were two separate ones which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

The bed was not great. King size made of two small separate matrasses is very inconvenient.

Great facilities and spa. Cozy rooms on the upper floor with small balconies and great view. Nice rooftop bar.

double bed should be a double bed, not just 2 single beds moved together; air conditioning would be good in summer; check-in time at 4pm is late (although we got our room at 2pm already); there are different parts of the building, the older one being kind of "old-fashioned"

Property was beautiful and well maintained. Bartender was awesome!

The rooms were very far from the main amenities due to the layout of the building. Spent a lot of time walking back and forth which was not ideal. Restaurant and rooftop had odd timings which made it difficult to have meals/drinks. AC did not work in our room.

Breakfast was fabulous. Swimming pools and sauna very nice with beautiful view.

The only slight downside was lack of free parking. The free parking slots were soon full and overnight parking in the garage cost additional 16 euro. No big deal, just didn't count with it.

It woud be have good to know to book for the spa. The day we arrived there was no one in the spa reception and then when there was the next day there were no bookings for the next 2 days

Beautiful location across from vineyards and very nice breakfast included! Bathrobes were a nice touch and our view from balcony was so serene and peaceful.

AC didn’t seem to be working - nice to have balcony to let fresh air in but also bugs. We did not get a chance to ask about the AC.

Breakfast was exceptionally good, just about everything you could choose was available on offer. Large selection of different prepared eggs, Müslis, fruit, cheeses, breads and Danish pastries etc. huge selection of Teas, juices and coffees. Indoor pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna were all clean, good size and worked well, unfortunately it was too early in the season to swim outside (April) but the resting area, views into the Wine gardens and into Krems were amazing! Clean towels and refreshments freely available. Excellent location close to the old town, great staff at the bar to mix cocktails, drink a beer or taste local wines! We were also able to store and charge-up our eBikes overnight in the garage which opens directly into the lobby area and is really convenient.

Our room was a standard suite beneath the sloping roof which wasn't a problem for us, however anybody larger than 170cm would have had problems getting in the shower :) otherwise the room was very quiet with a great view, mini-balcony and decent size, with comfortable bed and pillows. So nothing really to complain about.

The spa area is very relaxing. The saunas are in great shape. Everything is and feels very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is also great.

The gym could use a real pull-up bar and more free weights. I think they should also get another treadmill. The bedrooms have a very nice layout and have everything you need. But the beds are uncomfortable.

We used the hotel for a night stay, we were traveling with small children from skiing. Upon arrival, we were told that the restaurant was fully booked, which was very unpleasant. :(

We liked the space of the room as my husband needed for a wheelchair purposes, although we didn’t get what we booked , it was soon overcome by the manager. We were close to the lift for restaurant . The staff were very helpful the location was good We will return!

Room service is not functioning. When requested a bottle of red wine to the room, cause the room fridge was empty, room service never picked up the line. Reception could not help either. Not a 4 star, max 3.

The staff were extremely welcome and very helpfull, also liked the spa relaxation area which was very big. The breakfast was rich and everything was tasty

The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the center, espacially coming back to the town, in the spa there is limited space of jacouzy and its busy all the time so i guess they can improve that, also there were missing towels in spa sometimes and some facilities malfunctions
