Nice location. Everyone who works there is very friendly. Easy to park your vehicle.

The hotel is advertised as having air-conditioning. It does not have a real air-conditioner. It’s more of a clunky ceiling unit that works more like a fan. The staff gave us another room to see if we found the temperature more comfortable. Nope. Same issue. This was annoying because we specifically booked this hotel because it claims to have air-conditioning.

Reception staff were friendly and Saleh was helpful for assisting us I really thank him and I appreciate him.

Price was lil high

Spacious room, comfortable bed, easy access,.convinient parking.

Strange partition of the room. The shower is practically a part of the bedroom, with no door at all. The restroom has a kind of 'saloon' door with no lock.In our room, the vent in the rest room didn't stop even tens of.minutes after closing the light. The staff moved us swiftly to another room of the same type. There the air conditioner was only heating, so we had to sleep with open wondows to the noisy street outside.

Amazing breakfast selection for vegetarians and also non-veg! The rooms are clean and spacious. But be wary of the open shower - not an issue if you're alone or a couple. The receptionists very helpful. Stayed here twice and highly recommend.

The room was to standard and they have a weird shower in the middle of the room.

Very good breakfast. Excellent location for the university. Nice modern, clean rooms. Altogether a very comfortable stay.

It would have been nice to have coffee making facilities in the room.

Close to restaurants

The property had insects of which we removed 5 and found more in the morning, mould so we were very uncomfortable with the stay. The floor had stains.

Bad

We are deeply disappointed by the unresponsiveness and disregard shown by this accommodation. The night before our planned stay, we experienced a flood in our bathroom due to a burst pipe. The next morning, we informed them that, unfortunately, we would not be able to stay due to this unforeseen incident. Despite this, they charged us for the entire night, and they did not even respond to our request for a resolution. We were prepared to provide photos and evidence of the situation, but there was no reaction whatsoever. While we understand the cancellation policy, ignoring a guest in a time of need is simply unacceptable.

The breakfast was fine. The location where the hotel stands is approx 15 minutes from the downton by foot which is very good. The Hotel has a garage which is fine (payable separately). The staff were helpful and friendly.

We booked one of the towel room. The toilet bowl is low and the whole toilet is a bit old fashioned. There is no separate hand sink in the toilet. You have to wash your hands in the bathroom with no door because it is a kind of open type of room.

Sadly too many bicycles in the bike cage. Difficult to store and take out again... it should be bigger for the current demand.

Comfortable bed, nice location. I was concerned to be noisy because of the bar, but it wasn’t. It was quite quiet.

The hallways were very hot and breakfast room was hot till they open the door on our third morning

Nicely designed interior, clean and comfy room. Delicious, varied breakfast! A lot of attention to detail, both in the room and at breakfast – you can find not only the basic food varieties but e.g. there are several different condiments, a lot of different mugs, cups, glasses, or even paper cups for your coffee, mini marshmallows for your hot chocolate. I really appreciated the staff's kind response on Booking.com and their can-do attitude.

No Marillenkuchen this time at breakfast :D Parking is quite expensive. All in all, nothing serious, I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, comfortable bed and in general while room is rather simple its also very good.

The shower - its open with direct access and just accross the bed. No floor towel. Didn’t feel good to sleep so close to the washroom area

Good breakfast, good restaurant next door.

Very poor, mostly non functioning internet in the room. When I mentioned this to the front desk guy, he said I was wrong and every room had good Internet..basically calling me a liar. The shower and sink area opens directly to the bedroom. No door on either the area or the shower. So flooding is all but guaranteed. Over priced for the quality of the service and the poor room design. No way is this a 4 star hotel.

Perfect location for bikers, delicious breakfast, spotless cleanliness.
