The breakfast was amazing! A great variety and the best sourdough bread I had in a long time. The room was spacious and the terrace had a nice view!

It was quite hot in the room by night.

The location was near the old town and the EuroVelo bike path. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

Clean, feels new and at a very good location in town. Super kind staff and the breakfast was decent as well.

Our suite looked to the steeet and was at the ground floor, so our window looked directly to the street. It didn’t bother us too much, since during the day we were on our way and during the evening the street was super quiet.

got an upgrade to a lovely suite: very nice large room, brand new, very comfortable large bed, nice sitting area with sofa / coffee machine / fridge, plenty of space for luggage & clothes, location is very quiet and only 5 min walking from city center, excellent breakfast, friendly staff

Only the suites have AC, so we switched to a suite due to the hot weather. had to pay a bit more, but pool was then also included in the suite price

It's not a 4-star hotel. The furnishings/rooms/interior is quite cheap and the hotel does not give you the comfort you would expect from a hotel in this category.The service at the breakfast was slow -- unable to clean the tables in a reasonable time, often resulting in guests not having where to sit down (even though there were empty tables...just not prepared).

- drink in fridge was over expiry date- bicylce rental we were pointed to by reception (Aichinger) did not actually offer rentals, only bicylce sales- city tax was insisted to be paid in cash and on the spot (despite a late evening arrival)

- The breakfast was slightly below the usual standard in Austria (which is normally super high), but still ok overall. What I find absolutely unacceptable, though, particularly in a 4-star hotel, is that the staff does not pay attention to the expiry date of what they serve their guests (the apricot syrup - local specialty - had an expiry date of 2016...) Unfortunately, I found out only after drinking it (when going back to the buffet and checking the information on the bottle). It was removed after I had reported it, but such incident should not have happened at all. While this may seem a small issue, I see it as an indicator that the fresh nature of any other product (which the guests cannot check) might be questioned. - Internet in the room (3rd floor) did not work properly.

breakfast was great. i would give it a 10.we received a very small room with a small window and a bed with an exposed air conditoning system. it did not fit the booking.com description . a large room 18m2 with central air conditioning, a sitting area , a desk, and large windows. We went to complain they told us that they have to talk to booking.com and fix this but - that wasnt our problem. they moved us to a very nice very large lovely room. we were satisfied.
