- Location was nice.
- Whether it was staff from the restaurant, housekeeping, the drivers, or reception, they were all very friendly and helpful.
- Had a ski accident; went to hospital. Staff waited up 'till midnight to let my wife in and fed her. Next day, the bellman/driver helped her pack up our ski bag, drove my wife to the train, and helped her until the ski bag was shipped. 5 stars for staff!
Cons -
- Not a true 4‑star experience. The room was tiny, had a spider web, and was unbearably hot even with the heating off. They also failed to pick us up from the station despite confirming it.
- Nothing. I do wish the triple room was a bit bigger. It was a tight fit walking around from one side of the room to the other. Since most people staying in this room probably have kids, the door to the bathroom should be less see through.
- Ask for a room on 3rd or 4th floor for better view of Matterhorn

Location was nice.
