- We had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn off our balcony. Hotel employee was an excellent employee and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, she was awesome! A breakfast buffet was included and had good food and a nice selection!

- Nothing at all. Would definitely book them the next time!
