Pros +

Carina is a cute boutique hotel centrally located in Zermatt. We originally booked a triple but were moved to the duplex on the top floor. Here, we had a private balcony and a kitchen-useful during longer stays. Breakfast was great! Staff very friendly.

Cons -

Most other hotels have a small shuttle to help with luggage-we would have appreciated this.
