Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen, Andermatt

Property was in a great location and the hotel staff were great.

It is a very large hotel, and we were there during winter break. There were 40+ teenagers with 1-2 chaperones that made the buffets and pools and game room so crowded we didn’t enjoy this. If we were here a different week I’m sure it would have been fine.

All was good, staff was incredibly friendly and very kind. The view on mountains… the apartment, all was really good

So many people, but it’s also not boutique hotel. So in case you want to feel more cozy and private, this place is not for it. But in general is really ok

Everything was very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the spa area — the sauna temperature was perfect, and the pool was great as well. The location is very convenient, especially with the station nearby. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The only minor issue I experienced during my stay was with the laundry service. After my jeans were returned, I noticed that there were some holes that had not been there before. Aside from this, everything else about the stay was very positive.

I liked everything except the staff, especially the manager who did the check-in. He was extremely unfriendly; I felt like I came to ask for something special. No additional information about the hotel, its operations, parking, map, etc. was provided. Only he showed me where to go to the elevator. Because there was no name badge, I can't identify his identity. Everything else was fine. Thank you

It is a good size property in a ski resort and somewhat in its own village.

Far from the village and the amenities without any mode of transportation

Wonderful pool and restaurant and great ski locker setup

No hot tub or access to kid friendly sauna

Location, design, spa and the restaurant

Would be nice to have a private ski bus

You kinda need to know how the parking works, otherwise you end up in the wrong spot

The hotel and location is amazing, modern new vibes! The reception was easy to find and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room I was in was very good size and very comfortable!! Wifi was easy to use and the breakfast was amazing great buffet style with chef to cook eggs etc. Parking was easy and under the hotel with a dedicated area. The location offers things to do all year round! The gym is very high level. The pool also is great!!

These are small problems, The parking although easy requires you to get a ticket then have it stamps 2 times every time you enter and leave. With plate recognition would be alot easier. Parking is extra €20 CHF a night but the convenience is great! I think certain rooms should have this included IMO. Depending on where you are staying in the Hotel the hotel can be a rabbit warren. The pool again I would just do it different, there is an amazing view from it and you cannot see it at night sue the lighting being so bright would be amazing if you could enjoy the view at night!
