Very nice staff, beautiful location, good size of the rooms, good restaurant with nice atmosphere at night.

The rooms and specially the bathrooms are quite old and need a refurbishment.

The staff were lovely. Dinner was great. Breakfast was fine. Good safe parking. Dog friendly. Lovely views.

Nothing really. Could have done with another pillow on the bed.

Exceptionally friendly staff at reception and in the bar/restaurant. Happy to help us bed in our Jack Russell terrier too. Chatty and helpful. Restaurant is really the only option unless you want to drive into the nearest town but it was fine with a varied menu.

Hotel is a little isolated but is a "golf hotel" so normal enough. We needed a stopover on the way to Madrid and it was perfect for that, in a nice green valley.

We liked the remote location of this hotel. The views on the mountains were amazing. The room was clean and beds were comfy. We enjoyed the pool. The dinner in the restaurant was good and breakfast as well.

The bar food was superb and fantastic value for money. Met with a very friendly staff and felt like they wanted you there-We had a dog and it was lovely to walk him around the course in the morning.

Breakfast was good continental range / standsrd but it was not clear where it was to be served on any particular day!! They use several rooms! Never mind!!

Location and space

The property feels like it is abandoned. It is far from being a four stars hotel. There is an evident lack of care in pretty much everything: the pool and spa were closed, breakfast was the same quality as a motel one, the restaurant was as well, bathroom was quite dark. These are just to nominate a few examples.

Gorgeous mountains views from every room of the hotel. Good cafeteria service for dinner and breakfast. Relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of parking space.

There was no transfer available or at least offered to go to the cities nearby. No toiletries were available in the bathroom (lotion, toothpaste, etc.)

Very friendly staff, plenty of parking, large room and most importantly - pet (dog) friendly! I would definitely recommend this property to other people travelling with and without a dog.

The location was great. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortableThey even provided a little dog bed and bowl. Breakfast was buffet style and was very good. Highly recommended and we would certainly stay there again.

The location is excellent and you can find a peaceful place where you can rest, play golf, or even doing nothing but just relaxing.The breakfast was good and full of choice between salted food or sweet.The restaurant does not have so many choices but for being in a golf club it is good enough for a nice dinner.

We stayed for a day only with our two dogs and we paid 30€ for them for being in our room. We like the room (big enough for a good staying) such as the hotel, but we never understand why it's requested in some places to pay so much like 30€ for your pets. On the other hand, to clean a room, it's necessary a good cleaning whether only people have slept there, or people with their dogs. In general we think it's okay to charge extra, but a symbolic amount like 10€ or 15 € maximum, not 15€ per dog since the room must be cleaned anyway.

limited dinner menuhotel was VERY quiet- seemed to have very few guests. Had to go look for staff to get a drink by the pool.The hotel seems to have everything but is lacking ambiance/ atmosphere.

Breakfast would have been ok if they would refill the bread in time! Very friendly lady at front desk!

Unfortunately a very good location loosing a lot by bad management. It seems that no one takes car of the building and the surrounding . There is a lot of unused potential in the hotel!
