Finca Cortesin Hotel Golf & Spa

Great breakfast service, beautiful way of starting the day in the garden. I general very service oriented staff. The band in the evenings were also amazing. The Italien restaurant is impeccable!

On day one the service at the beach club were a little slow, but a well place remark fixed that for the reminder of the stay.

Outstanding property. We stayed just prior to summer opening so the beach club and one restaurant were not yet open which was a shame. But two excellent restaurants were. Facilities were exceptional

stayed at the Finca Property now for many years and return every year; the restaurants are fantastic the staff friendly and work very hard to provide a comfortable stay.It is a wonderful place to relax.

The bed duvet and linens could be better they dont seem to be breathable and covers and duvet not attached.

Exquisite decor and wonderful ambiance. Property staff was great and helpful. Beautiful golf course and landscape.

Staff occasionally couldn’t provide a five star service commensurate with the prices, due probably to the hotel being quite busy, and staff sometimes had a slightly rigid approach to service, which resulted in delays in service.

Service was great. The hotel is very quiet and relaxing. Has an amazing golf course. It's very pretty and beautiful and a great place to recharge.

Need to get a bus to the beach.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful and the entire experience was very slick. Staff were eager to help and exceptionally well trained, in particular the dinner service staff in El Jardin. Nothing was too much trouble.

Breakfast service could be improved upon. I don’t think choices and variety are adequate enough for an hotel of such excellent standing and exceptionally high pricing. I also think breakfast staff should be trained to the same standard as dinner staff - each morning either the order wasn’t quite right, or we had to ask more than once for simple things such as still water or sugar for coffee. I know this sounds picky, but really these are basics!

When service was provided, the food.

Breakfast was chaotic. We had four breakfasts, and apart from 1 breakfast - it was inconsistent, lacking management, and needed more staff or allocating staff to serve certain tables. One member of staff (who also works at the BC) was adept at passing tables with dirty plates, clients needing service, and merely collecting one coffee cup and returning it to the kitchen! The current breakfast service (of food) needs to be reviewed. A neighbouring table waited 45 minutes to feed their three children,

TV stations could be better. With so many British guests disappointed that there were not UK channels and Sky Sports. Would expect this is such a wonderful 5 Star hotel.

The staff were exceptional and the hotel its self was stunning. I have previously stayed in the 2nd best room with the pool and this time it was a suite and I was surprised how immaculate and well appointed it was. I loved how you could smell the jasmine and the roses wherever you went.

Same Items on the menu were priced differently in their restaurants. Example a pasta dish was cheaper in Don Giovanni and the exact same dish was more at the beach club and the family pool bar

The architecture, the environment, peace and quiet.

Everything about Finca Cortesin was perfect. The Staff, the room, facilities, food&drinks, beautiful gardens. It was one of best accommodations that we had. Thank you for everything.

Fabulous staff- they can’t do enough for you. Incredible rooms. The height of luxury. We will hopefully return for our third visit

No criticisms really at all. The internet is a little hit and miss but when we mentioned it they were very keen to help,

Food is amazing. Great facilities - large rooms, multiple pools for sunbathing, good gym, etc.

The Breakfast was excellent and very relaxing setting; we were not rushed and the Staff are so attentive.All restaurants are incredible and we have stayed at the property 4 times now. The room is spotless and well appointed; again the Staff are all highly enthusiastic and attentive yet friendly.The quality of the restaurants are one of the main reasons we return as is the standard of the Property; we also love the golf! special mention to Antonio the Wine sommelier and the reception staff.

My wife is a strict Vegan and found the options limited.

The rooms were wonderfully spacious and the staff was very friendly. The pool, beach and grounds were all beautiful
