Pros +
- Nothing in particular, but sport facilities were the only positive aspect.
- The facilities are well-maintained and pleasant. Rooms are on the smaller side but generally comfortable and adequate. The swimming pools tend to get overcrowded, especially during peak hours. Most of the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, though there were a couple of less welcoming interactions. The restaurant by the pool is a nice option, but it’s not air-conditioned — which can be disappointing on particularly hot days. On the bright side, the food is served quickly and the quality is consistently good.
- Neat and clean
Cons -
- Room cleanness was below standard with mold in the bathroom and stained bed sheets/duvets. Culinary staff in charge of breakfast was rude.
- They require a €10 deposit for pool towels, and if you want a clean one during your stay, there’s a €2 charge per towel — something I believe should be included in the service. The pool rules aren’t clearly explained, which leads to confusion and frequent whistling from the lifeguard. The buffet is underwhelming. Dinner feels overpriced for the quality offered, and it closes at 21:30 — quite early considering the long summer evenings. Also, be aware that many guests “reserve” sun loungers early in the day, making it hard to find a free one if you don’t do the same.
- Not worth the money. There was no kettle or coffee machine in the room or even in the building. Beds were not comfortable.

Neat and clean
Not worth the money. There was no kettle or coffee machine in the room or even in the building. Beds were not comfortable.
The hotel facilities were great, the kids loved the heated pool and being able to go into the hot spa pool especially when it was chilly outside. We also enjoyed the playground and option to play tennis etc if we wanted to. We enjoyed the food and there were different options every night. The room was nice and clean and worked well for us with the kids.
A tea/coffee machine would have been nice in the room even just so we could have made our own hot drinks. Not even water was provided on the half board and bringing your own was frowned upon in the buffet restaurant so you had no choice but to buy their drinks which were expensive which we found frustrating. MOSQUITOS!! The hotel is right next to some open water so if you go out on an evening you get eaten alive!! Warning about this beforehand would have been good so we could have brought lots of repellant. The kids pool was not heated which meant we didn’t use it at all which was a shame however in the height of summer this would probably not be an issue. The evening entertainment was poor, I didn’t see any activities going on for the kids/no entertainment staff or character. It was a nice location for seeing the south of the island, but also walking distance to some restaurants and a small beach but this was quiet probably because of the time of year.
Spa. Food.
It was silver fish in my room, and it was disgusting for me.
The gardensThe pool and SpaThe food
The payment system at the restaurant (some pieces of paper - end up with a lot of manual errors when you ask this to be booked to the room). In the room: No coffee machine (even in upgraded room), no beverages, no safe — all of which is ‘extra’ for a prohibitive amount, whereas standard in most hotelsStaff at reception is not very friendly or empathetic, not helpful when raising problems (be it maintenance or invoice, ..) - does not reflect well on hotel
Very comfortable and large bed, nice balcony, very well maintained property. We chose half-board option, both breakfast and dinner had a wide variety to choose from, menu changing daily. Heated pool was great and you don't have to pay for a spa pass to visit it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
Room's sound isolation was not the best, you could hear doors banging and when someone flushed their toilet. The spa area was a disappointment to us, saunas were cold. The area was a bit secluded, so a convenient option would be renting a car (grocery store and restaurants are still nearby to the hotel, if you don't want to go sightseeing of the island).
Well kept grounds, property, good food and good selection
Food ok for a large hotel, service at dinner was hit or miss but if you stay for a while and Figure out who is amazing, stay in that area. Exceptional service in spa (but not part of property).
Did not appreciate when I checked in early and was given room keys only to walk all the way back to building 5 and see that room was not yet ready. Wasn't dealt with appropriately, few drinks on the house would have gone a long way while waiting.
Quiet Pool. Entertainment was nice. Smelt nice. Clean rooms and facilities. Fast service and good customer service.
Some of the rooms weren’t turned on in the spa.
The perfect, happy holiday. Great food and location, our room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. The pool and spa were great. Will definitely be back again!
the pool, the facilities, the SPA, the bar, the staff, the buffet, the evening shows (magician show was the best)
all was perfect
he room was nice! The bed was GREAT! The gym facility was also great! Food was good, especially the sushi night. There are some nice beaches close to the hotel.
The gym had kids under 10 years old every day, even though the rule is no one under 16. They were soooo loud! It's also very dangerous. I told the staff, but no one seemed to care. The food is okay, but often on the cold side, with not many warm dishes. It’s very loud because there are so many kids! I would recommend designating one of the three sections specifically for couples or families with older children. It’s a family hotel even outside the school season, so it was quite loud. Also, I didn’t understand why we needed to leave a deposit for the towels.
- very child friendly - lots of pools, play area for smaller children, pool entertainment every day. - lovely entertainment in the evening. - 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach. - shuttle bus (free) from hotel to beaches. - 5 minute walk to town.- friendly staff- food was absolutely phenomenal- spa massage was great (they do joint ones for children and parent)- the food spreads were amazing - cater for all tastes and truly a kid's dream when the chocolate fountain comes out! - medical centre and minimarket on site.
- lots of mosquitos (!!!) - was 10 days after rain. Prepare for them! - would have been nice to have access to daily bottle of water/drinks in room - however there is a minimarket shop on site to buy bottles on site.
This is a big hotel but with the smaller structures (our room was in a building with one floor) and well spread out in a rather mature and well kept garden, you never felt it was that big.The room itself was spacious even for a family of 4 and the aircon worked well. The layout of the different pools was super nice but this is also the main area that is in desperate need of renovation. The floor around the SPA pool (outside) needs to be changed because it felt outdated but with that said, the floor around the main pools seems to have been changed recently and is modern and rather well kept. The pool bar which is a big hit for this hotel as well as the pools around felt worn down and in need of a good scrub or, to be fully renovated. The Balinese bed area around the pool is a good idea but as already mentioned by other guests, almost every service/offering at this hotel comes to an extra cost.My husband tried the SPA and thought it was the best SPA in all the different 4 star hotels we have stayed at in Majorca over the years. The pool restaurant was good and the buffet in the main restaurant offered rather high quality and varied food choices throughout the week (themed evenings like Arab, American, Mallorcan..).A short 10min walk to different beautiful beaches and there is a shuttle service for those that do not wish to walk.Overall, what makes this a nice hotel is the wonderful staff. Special mention to Elena in the pool restaurant (I have rarely met a more service minded and friendly person) as well as the older man in the pool bar (not sure if his name was Lorenzo).Unfortunately, there are also a few reasons why we will not go back to this hotel:For 500Eur per night and half board during peak season (family of 4), I would still expect free water/beer offers at dinner (free water offered only during breakfast). You have to take into account a much higher budget than initially anticipated only because of the extras at dinner time.
All the "extras".
Food, entertainment, Staff, location. Pretty much everything.
Large facility of the hotel, very nice and very comfortable territory with a lots of swimming pools. Very attentive and helpfull staff on reception. In restoran varity of exelent food.
Superb air conditioning in the rooms, relaxed atmosphere
Frosted glass on the toilet door could be more effective, it’s still visible to see people
Staff is very polite and helpful. Dinners and breakfast were fresh and tasty. Room was quite as requested and kept clean. Cleanings were made in the morning. Massage with Dalia was reviving.
We had to pay extra for water at dinner and buy water for us for the day, because there was no water in the room, which is unacceptable. In this type of climate water must be free and available always and everywhere and people must be reminded to drink water to avoid dehydration. Like it was before. I do not understand why it is different now.
Nice hotel. Well maintained. Good selection of food whcih was generally to a pretty high standard. Pool area was spacious and not overly crowded. My wife and daughter got a message and spoke very highly of Manu and Suzanna
Only disappointment was thats there alot of ants in the room....floors, walls, bedside tables even on the bed. Even after a cleaning, they returned..
