Bluewater Hotel

The breakfast and dinner were delicious, with plenty of cold and hot options.Hotel is close to the beach 25min and supermarket.

The Staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel was very clean. Had everything you would want for a 3 star hotel.

Some of the rooms are a little dated.

The staff on the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. The pool area is pleasant and peaceful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning. The hotel is well located for the local shops and beaches. The hotel is quite peaceful and relaxing.

The housekeeping staff had their supply room directly opposite our bedroom door so there was some noise in the mornings as they begin their duties - not terrible, but it would make sense to relocate this room away from the guest rooms. Also, better (or extra) pillows for more comfort.

This hotel is not too far from the city center, and very close to a bus stop, which made getting around easy and convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help.The breakfast was fair—not exceptional, but decent enough to start the day.

The staff, Marga is the greatest, nice and friendly also José, solving every request. The location is great, Colonia Saint Jordi is peaceful and beautiful.

The room was too basic, the mattress worn out with lumps very uncomfortable, it didn't have a minibar, you have to pay for the safe and it's with a key. Also very noisy our room next to the stairs.

Great hotel option to enjoy this cute town, walking distance from several beaches and restaurants. Staff is nice.

Location excellent, very friendly helpful staff, particularly José ?. Nice bonus to have pool table, ping pong and table football. Fab hot and powerful shower, comfy beds.

Generally all great! But would have been nice to have a kettle in the room and duvet covers on the duvets.

The rooms were very clean and the staff friendly. I liked that you could swim in the local Olympic size pool each day. Good breakfast options.

The noise proofing in the rooms was none existent so you could hear your neighbours. Not a great selection of food for vegetarians during dinner.

I stayed at room 109.The flush in the toilet was leaking and the room was not sufficiently clean.Some of the towels had stains on them.

If I had to design a hotel, it would be exactly like this one: family atmosphere, super friendly and courteous staff, relaxed atmosphere, good, healthy food and lots of details in the rooms and foyer that definitely elevate the hotel into the four-star category.A big plus is also the possibility to use the 50m swimming pool down the street.

Spacious room, good choice at breakfast, friendly staff and lovely pool and garden area.Checkout at 12pm which is later than usual.

The varied selection of healthy food on offer for breakfast is great ! We appreciated the spacious minimal interior design of the building and furnishings in communal areas. The outside terrace and garden are smart, quiet, relaxing areas to sit in. The bathroom appliances all worked well, the bed was very comfortable, the lighting was good, and the safety deposit box was easy to use.

We spent 14 days! It was realy nice holiday in Mallorca! If you like sparky village life this is realy good location in Bluewater hotel! Breakfast tasty ! Staff very simpatic, helpfull! We swim in a olimpic swimmingpool every day! Small pool in a hotel for shorter bathing great! Thank you!

The staff was very nice, our room was clean. Fast internet. Breakfast was included which is also bonus. We enjoyed everything ☺️!

Location is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Staff were nice. The hotel was very quiet with no kids during our stay. We had the pool to ourselves. Plenty of free parking around the hotel. Breakfast was included and the room was large. The have a shower in the lobby so we could enjoy the pool after checkout and shower before our flight. Very nice stay.

The wifi was not strong, but we did not need it. The hallway and stairs has old carpet and smells, but really not a deal breaker. For the location and cost, we were impressed with the value of the hotel that included breakfast. One annoying minor inconvenience was that you cannot leave your phones to charge in the room because you need to have a key to activate your outlets and you cannot leave one key in and lock the door at the same time. Really not a big deal, just something we learned.
