Another guest threatened me So as a result my partner wanted to cancel the booking And the hotel did nothing about it Despite many witnesses Manager lies and staff just don’t help

It was so lovely to be welcomed with a glass of cava and the bracelets are so cute. Food was lovely. Entertainment was fab and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will return.

Everything! The food/drinks, the pool, the staff, the service, the hotel grounds, everything was just perfect! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanted a chilled out holiday. It was a lot better than expected and would definitely go back here!

The location was good. The staff were great, cheerful and helpful. The gardens and pool area were lovely.

The food was a real disappointment. Very bland. Salad bar didn’t even have salad leaves. Fruit choice was blah. Lived on bread and cheese and occasional slice of pizza. Breakfast was better.

The hotel is really nice, we could even see the sea from our balcony. It has no own parking area, but you can easily find a parking space in the street nearby. The food and drinks were good with a wide variety to choose from. Nearly every evening there's some kind of live music, which I really enjoyed. During the day they offer activities like Darts, Table Tennis, Cycling and many more. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. But Sonia and Aly from the Experience Team were outstanding. They are so much fun to be around and you can feel they are doing their job with all their heart and soul.

We checked in on line and received Booking.Coms confirmation that this had been done. However on arrival we were told that we were not checked in. We asked why and we’re told that Online Check In didn’t work. As we thought we were checked in we left our passports in our apartment at Porto Cristo. This caused a severe problem as initially the hotel receptionist refused to accept personal check in even though we were able to show her photographs of our passports. We did not receive any notification that Online Check In didn’t work - in fact the opposite was the case. Clearly this needs to be sorted out

Amazing staff, lovely and clean hotel, great quiet location very close to a pretty, wide beach. Plenty of parking. Great breakfast.

Food quality (dinner) a little bit disappointing, but that was the only thing that could be improved. Everything else was perfect.

It’s close to beach. Nice shower.

Bed is too soft and bed linen was not clean enough when I first stay in the room. But it’s better after change.

Great location and facilities - indoor and outdoor pools, gym and bar. Great prices for drinks and staff were really helpful and spoke many languages.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the air con wasn’t working/turned on when I stayed (end of March). The food was okay, just depends on what you like and not much variety from day to day.

A nice, smaller hotel just a short walk from the sea front. Our room had a lovely view over the pool. Very comfortable, clean room with a good shower. All of the staff we met were professional and helpful. The swimming pools were excellent and the garden area nice for relaxing.The buffet style lunch and breakfast had adequate choice. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed the outside dining area.There are great walks in the local nature reserve on the headland near the hotel. The walk along the promenade has interesting views and was flat, the beach is lovely. We like this part of Cala Millor out of high season.An excellent autumn break.

Choice of 4 pre-mixed cocktails from a machine - would have been nice to be able to order a few cocktails from a small menu. Hot breakfast options were not for us (soft ‘hot dog style’ sausages, beans were a bit watery, no potato options).

The hotel was really nice & clean with plenty of facilities. The entertainment team was great and all the staff were amazing. I absolutely LOVED the outdoor garden space with two pools and a cold tub. Lots of palm trees and lots of plants which made it look fabulous.

Beds. Really uncomfortable mattresses with squeaky slats. That was the only downside to our entire stay.

The pool area is very good. Plenty of beds, clean and tidy. Staff were all very pleasant and couldn’t do enough for you. Drinks were ok. Cocktails very sweet but other drinks were good. Food was ok. It was fresh and there was some choice, I would say some days where better than others. The entertainment team work so so hard!!!

The property is coming across as a bit tired and basic. It doesn’t stand out as a 4 star hotel. It is 3 at best. Everything is just “ok/good”. Advertising a gym for example-this gym is very dated and needs a complete upgrade. I had a nice enough stay and had no complaints really. It’s a very typical all inclusive hotel. Without the staff and entertainment team this hotel would be scored a little bit less.

The staff was exceptional, especially Sonia and Ali the entertainment staff. They were able to accommodate our needs and always went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. The food was good and varied, from a selection of bread, cheeses, salad, starters, main, and dessert. The drinks were great, nonalcoholic is available from 10 am to midnight every day.

The room was fine and the pools looked lovely. The omelettes at breakfast were excellent and all the staff were great, friendley and helpful.

Toilet was cramped with not enough space round it. It would be safer to have teapots in the dining room rather than walking about with boiling cups of water. Also the butter is awful really lardy tasting.
