The breakfast is superb, with lots of variety, including fresh fruits.The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious!

The shower water temperature variation was very annoying. The temperature of the mini-fridge could not be changed. Would be nice if it was cooler!

I asked for a large double bed and there were two beds together. Very confortable however I would prefer one doble bed.

The overall experience was very nice. The staff was very lovely and helping us with anything and everything with a smile on their faces. The even helped us learn a bit of spanish. We ordered food in the cabana at the pool and it was delicious.

I would appreciate more variety of poultry such as chicken in the breakfast menu, even though the options provided were great too.

The room was nice, near the pool, the little garden was great, clean, extra pillows without having to ask for them.

I tried to fill my water bottle during breakfast service and was told I could not. Would be nice to have a water refill station somewhere.

Great location, friendly staff, stylish decoration and good customer experience overall. It features a very nice indoor pool and gym.

Dinner buffet and overall experience could be improved (better food, less hassle with the host). Also, the pool doesn't get a whole lot of sun at this time of year.

Super close to the beach, great pool area with tons of sunbeds, wonderful food selection!

I LIKE THE BREAKFAST AND OUR ROOM. VERY NEAR TO EVERYTHING LIKE BEACH ,CITY CENTER AND BUS STOP. STAFF ARE REALLY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL. THE FOOD AND DRINKS NOT TOO PRICY. WE DID LIKE THE BUFFET DINNER NOT TOO PRICY AS WELL AND WE ENJOYED OUR FOOD. EXCELLENT LOCATION ...CITY CENTER AND BEACH ARE WALKABLE

NOT SO MUCH ACTIVITIES I DON'T KNOW MAYBE BECAUSE IT WAS FIFA TIME??? CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG BUT EVERY NIGHT IT'S FOOTBALL TIME. WE COULD HERE LIKE EVERY NIGHT IN OTHER HOTEL THEY DISCOS AND SINGERS PERFORMING AT THE POOL SIDE??? SOUNDS SO ENJOYABLE UNLIKE IN OUR HOTEL IT WAS SO QUIET WHICH WE DIDN'T EXPECT

Contacted booking.com and they said nothing has changed and wouldn’t do anything about it. Not sure if this was due to booking.com or the hotel but extremely cheeky!

There’s is a Rooster on a local farm that wakes you up at 7:30 every morning. It’s annoying.

The pool area is amazing, We didn’t use the VIP pool area but to be honest the full pool area all felt very VIP. The staff were all so nice. Great location, Great hotel would go back in a heartbeat ❤️???

Amazing breakfast. We tried a dinner too, but wasn't as good as breakfast.Staff is very sweet and polite. They clean and tidy the rooms every morning and change the towels. Didn't had a chance to try out the pool because we were short on stay and didn't had time to spend on pool.

A really modern lovely hotel, really comfortable, fantastic room even though it was only the standard double. Bed was huge and very comfy.Food great, staff friendly, drinks reasonably priced.

I can only find 2 faults. No mirror at the dressing table (I'll just bring one next time), and some of the sunbeds were a little uncomfortable, but there were plenty available even in peak season.

All great. Lovely hotel, great location, great facilities, spotlessly clean, staff were wonderful and it was all great value for money.

Amazing big, spacious rooms! Excellent staff.Breakfast was superb and all day table service round the pool areas makes you want to stay all day by the pools.

We felt the dinner could have been better but there was still plenty options if you didn’t like the main dishes.
