The staff was fantastic at this hotel. It seems to recently be renovated and it was very nice for the price. The breakfest was fantastic

There is no parking at this hotel. There is no hot tub There are no robs and slippers.

Breakfast and dinner are both very delicious. The room is big and comfortable and clean.i am very satisfied.

No kettle or coffee station in the rooms

The room and hotel were recently upgraded, so we had a nice fresh feel about it. The cleaning staff are lovely. Always greeting you with a smile. The pool is basic and the breakfast is nice, large selection

Breakfast buffet after 3 or 4 days becomes monotonous. The reception, in my opinion, wasn't overly friendly. They were nice but nothing special. We had a very hard time trying to book taxis to this hotel. Not sure if its the system the hotel uses to book taxis but on 3 occasions we had to cancel taxi after waiting 45mins. When we went outside on the 3rd occasion and went to taxi rank, we were informed that taxis are quiet that night and not sure why a delay was happing for us at the hotel.

Location, very friendly staff, clean and pleasant room.

Breakfasts were quite monotonous. There could be greater variety of food.

My balcony had a nice view of the beach and seeing the great vibes of people walking l through the strip

My only complaint was the pillows were not to my liking

First of all1) hotel boutique, chic and clean. Cute rooms, super clean and super friendly staff. Free water. Very pleasant stay2) Breakfast :Complete, clean, good variety. Organised and fresh.3) Antonia at the reception was super friendly and helpful. 4) Hotel is quiet, elegant and not noisy people. Nice pool with enough sunbeds. (everyone respectful, no reservations) I will definitely come back.

Resort is very quiet no night life ,mainly German and English, perhaps mention this on your website would be extremely helpful to visitors.

Room was nice, spacious and comfortable. It was cleaned everyday and I have no complaints at all about the room. Lobby was lovely and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, I was greeted with a meal when I arrived late in the night which was greatly appreciated. The location was good only short walk to the beach front- although the beach was extremely busy which I expected for July. It was impossible to find an empty sun-lounger and I quickly realised you need to come before 10 to find a empty space. You are also charged for these ( around €4.50 for a sunlounger and up to 14€ if you also want a parasol . The hotel also charge for beach towels at €3 per day however I noticed there are many many shops selling beach towels for around €5. It seems better value for money to either bring your own or buy one from the shops as opposed to renting from the hotel.

My only issue was the food. The selection was very limited which would not be an issue if majority of the food items were not meat- based. For each meal, there would only be one dish that was suitable for vegetarians and that was often pasta and fries. If you are a veggie/vegan I would not recommend opting for an all inclusive or half-board for this reason.However I would say i really enjoyed the pastry and fruit selection at breakfast- it was definitely a highlight of the meals

I would appreciate an smart TV and a bigger size

I was a bit hesitant at first with the Ai-generated images, but in reality the hotel looked equally nice. It's not too big so it does not feel overly crowded. The hotel is not situated on the beach as the photos slightly suggest but it's a few meters away. Rooms are basic but in a lovely style and spacious enough. The buffet was tasty and varied. We had half-board which made it more convenient with little kids. We never had the same food, it was well prepared and delicious. Drinks are rather highly priced (but the same in the entire region) Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room (first floor) had a big terrace, long chairs and a drying rack for bathing suits etc. The hotel is situated in between the beach promenade and a walking/shopping street with many restaurants, bars and shops. The pool is relatively small but never crowded and big enough to do a few laps. It even has a secluded section for children (bare in mind though that pools are not heated in Mallorca) The beach here is superb with little kids. There is free parking in the street and at the end of the street there are (very)small parkinglots.

Unfortunately there was a cocktail bar on the opposite corner of the hotel which played loud music. It made us sleep with our windows closed to block the noise out. (They go on till around midnight) Sometimes it was extra hectic due to additional entertainment in the hotel itself. So with little kids, the hotel should put you more in the back (overlooking the pool) rather than the frontside. I did request this in advance but we got the room closest to all the noise. Bummer. Because of the loud music, it was impossible to sit outside on the terrace or sleep with the window open as the kids would wake up.

The location of the property was perfect! A stones throw from the beach and also from loads of shops, bars and restaurants.

Only fault was the safe did not work in our room.

This is a great value hotel. You are a couple minutes walk from the beach, near lots of shops and supermarkets. The room is very clean and has everything you need. The breakfast had lots of options, continental and cooked. The staff are very kind. There is a bar with nightly musical entertainment. The room was cleaned every day. You can’t go wrong for the price.

Twice I had cleaning people come into my room without knocking first. The second time i was asleep in bed. They left straight away when i realised i was there but they should knock first. This is only a slight niggle.

We had half pansion deal. The dinner was very rich. Wonderful view from the balcony. Best location - in the very center, close to evening concerts.

Although personel was very helpful, they do not know English too well. It slowed down the communication.

The hotel is ideally situated just one minute's walk from the beach. The rooms are clean and modern although the bathroom was a little on the small side. It was worth paying more for a pool view room because that allows views of the sea from the balcony. Breakfast buffet was great - plenty of choice for all tastes.

As mentioned above, the bathroom was tiny. The lounge/bar area was a little dated. The pool was very cold (sea is much warmer!)

The property was in a great location for the beach which is what we wanted

It was full of Germans French and Dutch we were the only English people there the first week there second week we did hear a couple of English speaking people there .the staff spoke very little English the only person we spoke to was the canteen manager who told us they don’t get many English guests and the hotel was more for German French and Dutch people had we known this we would never have booked this hotel the second day there the electricity went off and later on the gas went off we had no breakfast or dinner the next day only salad and deserts then they tried to charge me for water which I refused to pay for until I got some food there was a meeting about what was happening in the bar area which was in different languages which I didn’t understand I asked the rep did she speak English and could she explain to me what was going on she said if the electricity was not on by Tuesday they were going to move us to sillot when I told her I did not want to go there she said we don’t have any other hotels in Cala Millor but fortunately the power came back on around midnight the whole experience ruined our holiday which we paid a lot of money for we had no conversations with anyone in our hotel even the people either side of our balconies which had about a three foot wall between us never even acknowledge us even though we did try to talk to them would not recommend this hotel for any English people I would never go there again
