Even tho it was not the best, the hotel had breakfast included. I had a room in the corner and had a balcony that was enormous. Almost bigger than my room.

There is no WiFi in the hotel, which is not very 2024 like.

It took 3 rooms to get me a room that was clean enough to sleep in. The first room smelled bad, the second had insects crawling in it. . The third still had a strange smell and the walls were paper thin. My balcony had see through walls so I couldn't enjoy it as the person next door was constantly on the phone. I would never return or recommend

The property need a good renovation. A bit dated and old style but not bad overall.The breakfast is a bit low qualitative, should be improved a bit.

Asking to pay for the key of the security safe in the room is a bit strange. And 25€ for the use of frigobar too expensive. Should be part of the forniture not extra. But just my point of view.

The bathtub had somebody’s hair inside it,The bed sheets had stain on them,They didn’t provide us with towels on the second day.We had to check out early and find another hotel,Not to mention breakfast was musty.

Perfect location, the beautiful beach is only like 2 minutes walk away. Full with shops, groceries and restaurants in the area. We got exactly the room we asked for, thanks to the staff! Beautiful view from our room, no air conditioning but it was a corner room with floor to ceiling windows, so it was better than an air conditioner. Okay breakfast, pretty big selection of food during breakfast. Kind staff, when we asked for something they kindly helped.

Pretty old hotel, definitely needs a renovation. Room was almost falling apart (walls, balcony floor). Old and stinky bathroom. Uncomfortable beds and very dirty bed covers. The water comes very weakly from the shower. Not worth the price at all, only here in Mallorca ( every hotel is so expensive ) this was one of the cheapest. Also very loud hotel next to it, it was music playing VERY loudly till 0:00 at night, could sleep earlier.

It has a very nice location, the size of the room was pretty good. I had a balcony with a view to the sea. The breakfast was also nice.

The problem is that there is no air conditioning in the hotel and the building itself needs some renovation.

Room was dirty and defined need upgrades. pool were used by three hotels together, so didn’t bothered getting inside the pool

The room was good, I sleep very well.

It was a little bit hot because there was no clima.

Comfy beds and the location was perfect. Spacious and bright dining room with a large swimming pool at exactly the right temperature.

The place was very dilapidated and run down. It was filthy throughout. Walls, doors, furniture seats and furniture all grubby. Sticky tables with marks, unsecured rusty lock on patio door, hole in our room door. Cobwebs everywhere. Thick dust on the light above our bed. Rusty and filthy taps, dirty windows, broken light in room, sticky pool cues. There was nothing clean and this place should either be completely refurbished and sanitised or knocked down. Never stayed in such a place. This hotel should NOT be offered as paid accommodation.

Pool is excellent and room is nice. Bus stop and the beach are 200 meters away.

On the first day, we got the wrong room, but the mistake was quickly corrected. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, only a fan. The staff does not speak English well and is not happy if we have more questions, also the reception is not open 24 hours a day, so it happened that during check-out we were alone. We left the key on the desk at the reception, hoping that someone would find it. The balconies have a low partition, so someone from another balcony can easily reach your room. Pool works only until 5pm which is too short.

The hotel was dated and tired. The facilities were basic, no tea/coffee facilities in room, just a fan which was ineffective in a room so hot 36°+ Breakfast was unappealing, croissants were dry and tasteless. We ate out for breakfast

The staff were rude, booked in for 12,when we arrived the receptionist said it wouldn't be ready till 2 pm, food was dreadful, music by the pool was loud and reggitron, shower was broke reported it 1st day never fixed it, needs a complete referb

Clean room

1. Old hotel forgotten in 80’s2. Hotel is in very bad conditions, not match photos3.hotel need really investments, 2 of 4 lights didnt work, even told receptionist, toilet seat has around 30years minimum..4. Security of rooms are poor, safe didnt have key, doors lock handle was partly fault, doors to terrace was incredible hard to pull-open, the wheels was broken and the glass wiggling in frame, harder push and definitly broke5. NO AC, if neighboors smoke, no chance to live there in that hot, no vent/fan too..6. Hotel lobby full of pictures, posters, even pot for flower or more like sunshade has portraits of owner, which is quite funny but disturbing.7. Breakfast, even my dog wouldnt eat it, the “bacon” was faked by ham, fried eggs was like fried in motor oil.8. If you want warm water go to the sea, would be warmer. 2 days of stay had cold water.9. Prepare data package, bcs during evening hrs forget to wi-fi,surf on internet

Nothing much to like . Worst place . Room was smelling badly . Windows were broken. Couldn’t really understand if it was bed or a rock . I just don’t wanted spoil my vacation and booked a different hotel

I can't recommend this hotel to anyone. Health risk!

The entire hotel is as it was in 1989 (no exaggeration). The owner is pictured in dozens of photos in the hallways. He can even be found on the “flower vases” and on the parasols. Our first room was in such disrepair that we had to change it. The mold greeted us from the ceiling and the stench was unbearable, the bathroom was completely destroyed and dirty, the walls were covered with dry spots (the room was handed over to new guests shortly after the exchange...). The new room was little better. The pool was dirty and the loungers were moldy. The breakfast is ok. A Dead pigeon on the floor balcony etc.

Rooms are very dated. This hotel hit its high life years ago. We knew what we were paying for. It’s a great, cheap hotel. My girlfriend loved it. It’s very quirky
