Friendly helpful staff, very good breakfast and dinner options, clean and good facilities. We used inner pool.

Room was clean,.spacious and had a nice view, good variety of fresh food with healthy options, staff were great, hotel is well presented and great location

All inclusive drinks were slightly limited, steam room was not working and the gym is quite small and limited on equipment

Breakfast was delicious. A lot of options. The room was very clean and the beds are quite comfortable. The staff is very nice.

Location was good, not directly on the beach but only a 5 min walk. Very clean. Great facilities. Lovely staff - especially Cati on the front desk. Fantastic pool and gardens. Superb breakfast

Amazing hotel. Clean - extremely clean. The cleaning process was done very fast and I was surprised to see how efficient it was done. Also, they cleaned the rooms when people were having breakfast - which is the best time. Applause for the cleaning team altogether ??.Food - WOW! One time per week, on Thursdays, they have a gala dinner. We caught it twice. They should advertise this. It was just amazing - you did not know what to eat first: from duck with orange sauce, to fish, shrimp, amazingly tasting garnishes … it was a dream. On the other nights, the food was excellent too. The staff in the kitchen … incredible ??Furniture in the room - very nice, new, comfortable beds, pleasant design. Bathroom - large and well thought through. Balcony - really nice.Aquagym - not advertised and amazing. It should be written in the booking description or under facilities or somewhere and also added as a filter option on booking. Evening entertainment - really great. Location - wonderful, right next to the pedestrian area and very close to the beach.

Noise - on the first night, I was close to crying myself to sleep after trying to fall asleep for 5 hours … there are 2 bars near the hotel and they are very loud … the problem is that on the one hand-side, the balcony doors do not close very well - there is no noise cancelling whatsoever. The hotel should consider this improvement, because you on holiday to relax. And as this is a family hotel, most people have kids and do not want to party until late in the night / early morning. Not being able to relax and sleep can really ruin a nice vacation.I went down to the reception to ask for a room facing the mountain and not the pool and he told me (and I also realised then) that there are no rooms facing that way … he also told me that it could have been worse … not a very nice attitude - in any case, not helping me at all with my sleep. Next day, we went to the farmacy and bought ear plugs for 2 euros. To be honest, they should put these in the room as a welcoming gift because they are well aware of the noise problems. We could not sleep every night with the ear plugs, but when we did, it was all good.

Hotel was clean, facilities were brilliant and great value for money.

The aircon wasn’t working so we had to open balcony doors to let air in however the music from the bar nearby kept us awake.

Absolutly gorgeous Great staff, especially Patricia ans Viejo from the restaurant. Great variety of food ath breakfast and dinner Pool area very clean.Great size rooms, comfy beds, clean made daily.We found parking places for free on the street with no problem 5 minutes walk to the beach, rearaurants and shops near by, and Best coffee just accros the road.As a personal touch, we found în the room a nice toy for our child.Thank you all for your hard work so we can feel ourselves like home

Exceptionally clean, excellent facilities with indoor and outdoor pool, treatments etc and close to the beach and amenities. Staff were helpful and friendly in all locations.

Personal opinion but hotel is close to the beach with all balconies facing to area the pool and the sea. However it’s surrounded by high rise hotels and this means sea view is blocked and you are very overlooked. 4* service for me means being seated in the restaurant and always having tables laid ready for customers. It was seat yourself at dinner and hope to find a laid table. Less speed more care needed here.

This is a super luxury hotel with great standard. The best food and super great quality, the kitchen and service staff -super caring. Highly recommend. This is a great hotel and of a 5 Star standard.

The hotel itself was in a great location for the beach, restaurants, shops etc. It was really clean, staff were really friendly, loaned us pool towels and an iron free of charge.There was a good choice of drinks, and your room was cleaned everyday. The pool areas were clean both inside and outside. There was a snack area for inbetween meals, which consisted of fruit, cakes and sandwiches which you could also toast, just could've been better if it wasn't the same everyday.I would say this is a predominantly german hotel, which didn't bother us as the staff were great with us, although some of the guests would stare at us but we just laughed it off, but we did feel like there was a bit of an atmosphere as it was quite, quiet and not much chatter and laughs. The one night we tried the entertainment again it was catered for the germans and not the english but again that could've just been that one night.

The food to me was not 4* at all, breakfast was adequate and probably what you'd really expect, but everything that was meant to be hot was cold, i didn't even eat it one day as the beans were freezing and ruined it for me. Lunch and tea were the same foods just of a different type eg, chicken breast at dinner, chicken on the bone for tea. Again always cold/luke warm, we also noticed at lunch/tea there was hardly any vegetable selection to put with your food. We were all inclusive for 4 days there's no way we could've stayed for a week. We ate out 2 of the 3 nights and 1 dinner time because of the food, which was obviously an added cost we didn't expect to have to pay for.It was a really hot weekend 28 degrees and the air con was not on in the hotel which made it uncomfortable to sleep as we couldn't leave the patio doors open as the noise from the missippi bar on the road below was so loud until the very early hours.We consider ourselves as really easy going people but to us the food was the biggest let down for this hotel just the fact it was always cold not necessarily what was on offer, and that they seem to cater more for the non english guests

The food was amazing with so much choice each day and everything I had, whether at breakfast, lunch or dinner, was superb! The location was excellent being just a two minute walk from the beach, whilst the hotel facilities were excellent, I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to stay here.

The only tiny fault was that there was no bottled water in the fridge inside the bedroom.
