Pros +
- Each floor had free water dispensers. The room was clean, and the food was tasty. We also had a nice sea view, though we had to pay extra for it, as they initially offered us a room with a bad view.
- Everything! Me & my mum have been twice now and we absoloutley love It.. Best hotel we have stayed in! It was my mums Birthday and we stayed for 3 nights. They left a sweet note, cava, wine, chocolates and nuts in our room! The cleaning team are amazing and everything is spotless. All the staff in the canteen are soo Happy and friendly.
- Parking can be a little tricky, but we were lucky that we got a spot right outside on the street. Also, the room didn't have a kettle, but we did get one when we asked. We were offered drinks on our welcome, and given a warm welcome. The staff were patient with my attempt at Spanish, and even taught me a couple of new words! The size of the room is a little small, and the 'partial sea view' was very partial - it was obstructed by some large palm trees. Aside from that, the hotel was great - they have filtered water filling stations on every floor so you don't have to keep buying bottles, the staff were very friendly and very helpful, the facilities were great, the breakfast was comprehensive and overall I would stay here again. The hotel was very clean, the bathroom was a good size, and we were provided with everything we needed. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the beach, and the indoor pool and other facilities are very nice.
Cons -
- We were quite disappointed with our stay at this hotel, mainly due to misleading descriptions, poor communication, and lack of basic hospitality. To start with, the hotel advertised a private beach, but in reality, it was just a public beach shared with guests from all the nearby hotels. It was crowded and definitely not what we expected when we saw the word “private” in the description.Another big issue was communication. Most of the staff didn’t speak English, which made even simple requests frustrating. Only one person at reception spoke fluently; the rest could barely communicate. We also asked for slippers, but were told they didn’t have any, something we expected to be included in a hotel of this category. The hotel's layout was confusing, and it was very hard to navigate. There were almost no clear signs, and moving between rooms, the lobby, the restaurant, and other areas often felt disorganized and frustrating. Each floor had free water dispensers, which was a plus. However, during dinner, if you asked for a glass of water, staff would bring it and then awkwardly explain (in broken English) that it wasn’t free unless you were an all-inclusive guest. This inconsistency created an unpleasant atmosphere. On the first day, we were asked to pay €20 in cash as a deposit for beach towels. They said the money would be returned at checkout if we didn’t lose the towels. However, at checkout no one reminded us, and we forgot as well, so the hotel ended up keeping both the towels and our €20.Evening entertainment varied. Some shows were okay, but the rock show was honestly the worst performance we’ve ever seen.In summary, while the hotel had some good points, the overall experience was disappointing due to misleading information, poor service, language barriers, and a lack of organization.
- The spa could have sunbeds or comfy chairs. Also i think 12 people in the spa at a time is a lot as its only tiny
- We chose this hotel because we also wanted to do some spa but were a little disappointed by their spa facilities. They only have one sauna and a heated pool. It’s pretty small so unless you’re alone you will not be able to quietly and fully relax and enjoy the spa.

Amazing staff. They are super professional, very kind and always ready to help. The hotel is very well situated. You have immediate access to the beach and the view is beautiful. We highly recommend taking the half board. You will enjoy their big and tastefully prepared buffet for breakfast and dinner! Definitely worth what you pay for it!

Nice views, friendly staff, really cool breakie

Outstanding resort. 5 stars. Breakfast was just amazing. The bed super comfortable and the views were spectacular. Highly recommend staying here if you are in Cala Millor.
Room was very spacious and had a great área for makeup station and relax on sofa. Lovely side sea view. ALL THE STAFF are VERY friendly and accomodating, everyone in the resturant and reception made our stay special. Love that It had ping pong&pool table. The 2 bars and free entertainment were absoloutley fab. SO many options for food and special touch of themed food nights was really fun and mixed It Up!
Just being extra Picky as everything was so amazing but It would have been nice if they provided tea/coffee making facilites, although when we asked reception for a kettle- they brang one to our room instantly at no cost. Also spa didnt have nice relaxing Sun loungers, just cushions on the floor and was too busy for US to go in so could be monitored slightly better with reservations as small spa.
Friendly staff, great food
No double bed
Nice view and location.
No parking, undertrained staff, awful food service, overpriced food options at hotel, and little value with basic rooms. Everything is an extra cost including safe access and trowels. Would absolutely never stay at this hotel again. Over rated and over priced.
The locality on the side of the town is great. It was quite calm there, not in the center of the touristic madness. The 'Adult only' was the best choice ever, quite a contrast from few hundreds meters away next to the beach where it feels like a kindergarden. We were afraid of some crazy bacheloret parties but it was really quite calm there with people in all ages. Food was good, large selection. Nothing to remember for the rest of our lives, but good quality for sure. The same goes for most of the drinks. The room was fine, we got the sea side view room and I would do it again, the view was excelent.
The juices for the breakfast were really bad. I was looking for a high quality orange juice and it was one of the worst I had - Felt like 10% juice, 90% water and TONS of added sugar. Luckily this only goes for the juices - coctails and other drinks were good. Also the dishes were dirty quite often, dirty plates.
Got a room with great views overlooking the sea, room 702. Great aircond in room. Free cold water to fill up your own bottle. Really niceWe had halfboard and it was really good
Not so comfy beads and pillows, a little bit noisy from other rooms and coridore.Absolute no aircond in coridores and just one elevator working.
The view as well as the staff and breakfast.
The rooms were smaller than expected for the price paid.
From our arrival the team were very welcoming. Our room (419) had a great sea view, was comfortable and was very quiet - once the evening entertainment finished - this wasn’t an issue for us. The food was consistently good and varied. The pool was lovely and clean. Sometimes it was a bit chilly upon entry but was fine once you were in.
It was probably slightly too quiet for us but was a lovely relaxing break. We could have done with an extra pillow and stupidly never got around to asking.
The hotel is new and the food is great
In order to check-in we need to sign tons of documents!! No hotel requires SO many documents to sign. It took a lot of time just standing vying the reception and sign and sign and sign! They require both of our passports (ok), and both of our emails! ?♀️?♀️There is no beach as it was on photos. You need to walk a bit to go to three beach which is very dirty. In 30minutes away there is a better beach, but still not like on the photos.Beach towel requires deposit. And we already paid 300EUR per night already ?♀️They keep sending me dozens of emails with advertising materials, but email box is really full with their emails. And I already told them several times not to send. I filed a complaint to booking.com that they send me with no my consent, no response from booking.com either. The breakfast, lunch and dinner are on fixed periods of time(which is ok), but they also ask you to choose a period within this period! That’s really wow. They say that is because of a lot of people. But they can’t regulate the people’s flows even with this ‘measure’. Just lack of management really. The swimming pool with a hot water - the water is A BIT warmer than in the pool with a cold water. We had ‘all inclusive’. Usually it means that all the food and drinks are inclusive. And guess what? Not all drinks were included. Really I tried to order Cosmopolitan cocktail (a rather standard cocktail) and it was not included! Why? How do I know it if I pay for all inclusive?!No minibar.
Very beautiful
Parking was tough in the area. And the hotel sits on an elevated street, so the walk (or the bike) up to the hotel was a little annoying after a long day out.
Liked the view and the food.
Reception staff and the room. It was our honeymoon and I have requested a shampagne and fruits to be added upon arrival. Hotel confirmed that this would be added however was not. Our room was not ready untl 3:45. We stayed in room 209 on the floor with reception and right next to lifts. They should not allocate any guests in these rooms. They are noisy and also I could hear how people are going to toilets etc. There is light coming under the door during the night as well which is awful. We have requested an iron and iron board, we needed to pay 20 euro deposit and the iron that they gave us had a UK plug, rather than an EU one... which means that probably was forgotten by a guest...
Good dining room, with plenty of choice.
Bar was very expensive and unlike the restaurant the staff could hardly be bothered to serve you. Much better bar facilities at the Hip hotel just down the street. The rooms were also oddly designed with the wash basin in the room, which I didn't like. There is also just a thin glass door between the main sleeping area and the shower and toilet area, again I'm not a fan, but appreciate it's supposed to be contemporary.
The hotel left a bottle of wine in the room for my birthday. The location is beautiful. Very large room and balcony. Could wake up to see the sea.Location close to Cala Millor centre.
Beautiful location and amazing food.
Parking can be found nearby but does require walking.
+ The hotel is recently renovated, clean, modern.+ Quiet area, nice nature around where you can walk, nice views.+ Hotel offers bicycles to rent.+ Has unlimited free drinkable water.+ Food was excellent, big choice, tasty, good variety+ Spa and warm swimming pool
- They gave us the room of the lower grade then the one we booked. We wanted a room with balcony, we paid more for the room with balcony and garden view while booking. But the receptionist gave us a room on the ground floor somewhere under the swimming pool with the view to the wall of the hotel bar. It was November, they where not overbooked. We returned to the reception and refused that room. We showed the booking confirmation where was written "room with balcony and garden view". Then the other receptionist said irritably: "There is only one more room we may propose you, come and see it first because you may not like it too". As if we demanded something more then we booked and paid for. And it was exactly the room with balcony and a view to the trees. Why they didn't gave it to us at the beginning? Why they treated us as if we were picky? This story spoiled all the impression, every time we passed the reception we felt bad remembering the way that two women at the reception treated us. Despite everything else was good or even very good and the other stuff was very friendly we are not going to stay again at this hotel. - There is no fence around the hotel and it is situated next to dunes and forest, so theoretically any passerby may enter the rooms on the ground floor if you keep the window doors open.
