Food was excellent. Balcony was nice.

Didn't feel like a five star. Had to ask for extra blankets. No paper or pen in the room. More like a four star. I was told on the first night l couldn't have a glass of wine but had to have a full bottle so I didn't. The lady cleaning the room came in as l was getting dressed just after 9 am the first morning l was there. There should have been water included with the evening meal like in other hotels.

Quiet, clean and amazing breakfast! Located just a few steps from the beach, it’s great value for your money. The staff is incredibly welcoming and this hotel has everything you need for a relaxing time away from the crowds of Mallorca! Definitely we will return!

Really minor inconvenience, but the bed was not the most comfortable

The hotel was excellent, clean, modern and well laid out. The staff that greeted us on our first day were very friendly and informative. The pool, entertainment and breakfast facilities were also impressive.

The only slight issue we had was the friendliness of the pool bar staff, they weren't rude but there certainly wasn't 'service with a smile'. It wasn't just us either, other guests received the same luke warm hospitality.

We had a really wonderful stay. The staff went above and beyond with great attention to detail, kindness and consideration. I booked this hotel because of the wonderful reviews and they are really justified. A very genuine staff and a team all working together who take great pride in their work and look like they enjoy working together and in hospitality. We had a great visit. Thank you.

The Property was a luxurious hotel, we upgraded to a suite which was even better. The suite had a beautiful large balcony overlooking the pool area, a large free standing bath and separate walk in shower. The large super king size bed was the comfiest bed we’ve ever slept in.We also loved the pool area, the sun loungers were large with soft padded cushions which made relaxing so pleasurable. The Cocktails were fabulous and freshly made by the friendly staff.

The hotel really does go above and beyond to make sure you have an excellent stay. Amazing facilities, everything is really well thought through for the guests. They surprise and delight at every opportunity. We had a really lovely and relaxing stay here.

The only thing we didn't like were the mattresses. These are clearly quite old and sink in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The staff did go above and beyond to try and solve this for us, with mattress toppers etc. which made it a bit better. Think hotel owners should invest in new mattresses though. Will save everyone a lot of hassle, as by staff's response, we clearly weren't the first people to complain about this. Thanks to the staff who really did try and solve the issue for us though.

Beautiful villa style property with well kept gardens . A lovey salt water swimming pool with ample sun beds and shades

Being told by 1 member of staff we could not buy wine by the glass at dinner . She let the amazing g team here down with her attitude.

Breakfast and dinner buffet absolutely top class, star worthy. Heaven for healthy and fish lovers. Spacious rooms. Relaxed atmosphere. Excellent service.

Gym could improve, however basic attributes present. Some ventilation noise of the neighbour hotel. Sa Coma itself is quiet in the evening. No bar street if you expect that.

Very pronounced mouldy smell in the room with terrace on the ground floor, especially from furniture.

Our room was upgraded for free to an amazing Suite!The staff were very kind, friendly and always there to help.Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices and of high quality.

The dinner was somehow below expectations for a five-stars hotel, as it was the food that could be ordered during the day at the swimming pool. There, one day I ordered a chicken burger and to my astonishment, it was made of processed meat, as it was the chicken in the Caesar salad!

The breakfast was good and varied. Location was good. The yard area was beautiful and well maintained.

Unfortunately, smoking was allowed on the terrace and this affected the comfort when we were on the terrace. It was not nice to be a passive smoker all week.

The staff is incredibly nice (even if they work very long hours, always smiling and pleasant), the breakfast is superb (so so so many options), the pool area and pool bar are great. The hotel is in a very touristy village but the hotel remains as a calm place to relax far from the noise. The adults only experience was perfect

I only wish the bar opened a bit longer, they close at 00:00 but you can still finish your drinks even if they are closed, so no really big deal. This is not a party place and it is very quiet, which is what I was looking for; you can always go out to the nearby restaurants and bars.

--- The hotel rooms are like half century old or something:>There is no sound proofing (the hotel hopefully is only for adults with minimised noise sources)> Our room had no power sockets next to the beds (!) We had a cable extension with us and made it for one phone charging spot.> The TV was a small 20 years old one (quite unbelievable for a 5star hotel with 300 euro per night... dear managers a decent 55 inch smart TV will cost you less than this).> The flush toilet had very weak water power making you feel terribly uncomfortable every time you were pressing again and again the button....?> Repeated problems with WiFi (hopefully we had our mobile data!)> The pool closing on 18:00 with sun still burning is not logical (& in general it doesn't make any sense... since you are an adult only hotel with silent pool why not let it until the night offering an option to those residents who were out for excursions?)> No real fresh orange juice in the breakfast (but several low quality artificial juices) for a supposed luxury hotel is a red card (especially in Mediterranean )> The bed making an annoying noise everytime you were moving making very unpleasant our stay (someone tried to fix that but the noise started again shortly after his visit).> Having to pay additionally for parking your car in the hotel's parking is not a nice policy obviously. You are not a capsule hotel in a mega city. You are a supposed luxury hotel in a coastal small town...> No robe and no slippers in a 5 star hotel with almost 300 euros per night and additionally saying "we don't provide slippers in your room type" even after asking for these 1 euro slippers (in order to not have to wash ours everytime we were returning to the room) is ridiculous for a client who has paid to your hotel more than 2,000 euros for a week.

To stay at the hotel you would need a car if you are picky about the beaches and nearby activities. We didn't even go to the local beach, because we were more interested in those picturesque cala's, and to reach them, you had to drive quite some distance.The pool area and the garden are very beautiful and relaxing, so I saw many stay on the hotel grounds all day and just enjoy what the hotel had to offer. The hotel itself is worth 5 stars. I preferred this hotel to other nearby hotels because of the low 3 floor architecture. Very spanish-like and beautiful. Not like other 7+ story high white blocks nearby. Very beautiful garden, balconies, interior. Reminds me of colonial-style architecture.The breakfast was rich. And every night there was some special occasion for entertainment. You could just listen to live music and enjoy your cocktails.Thank god for Adults Only hotels. So relaxing, peaceful, and quiet. I would also say that the staff was very friendly and very helpful. It really felt that they genuinely loved what they were doing, caring about the wellbeing of the guests.

The only thing my wife commented on was the mattress, that it was too hard. Although, I enjoyed that :)

We spent a honeymoon in CM Mallorca Palace and everything was perfect. The hotel is perfectly engineered for quite and isolated vacation (total relaxation). Beach is near but you can easily spend the entire day near the pool or in pool area (beautiful grass, trees), guests are quiet and respectful and so is the staff. The food was also great. Compared to other hotels in Sa Coma this one is like a separate planet. Also I don’t know if this was somehow regulated by the hotel but there were almost no mosquitos during the night (only one night we had a mosquito in the room).

Generally there is a problem with taxi drivers on Mallorca. Palma is even worse.

Many guests would reserve sun loungers by the pool with their towels but hardly ever use them. This means that loungers in the shade weren’t always available. Perhaps the hotel could consider establishing some pool rules to keep use of facilities fair. Also, the beds we slept on had a plastic sheet under them (obviously for protection). This was a little uncomfortable to sleep on.
