Charging for drinking wasn’t good

Got back to this hotel after 8 years. I still liked it. Very good location, a few minutes walk from the beach, right by the bus station, convenient to travel to the airport, good breakfast with variety of foods, clean with kind employees. Very good value for money.

Nothing to complain

The location, the pool area and pool bar. Breakfast was excellent too.

Excellent customer service, comfortable rooms,close to many restaurants and shops.Since I arrived late in the evening and I missed the dinner, there was a sandwich, fruits and water already provided in the room. The food in the restaurant is very good and there are many options for breakfast as well for dinner. The beach is very close. I fully recommend and will definitely come back...

Breakfast and dinner were very nice, at dinner we had to pay for drinks but the price was very reasonable.

The walls were like from paper, I could hear absolutely everything from the corridor and other rooms. Moreover, there was a space under the door, thus a light was visible from the corridor during the night. Therefore I could not sleep well. Breakfast offer was still the same, I would prefer if it is changed.

- our room smelled by smoke, even though rooms should have been non-smoking- we payed for room with double bed, but got two single beds- AC was awful - we kept it on for the whole day, but temperature in the room changed only a little

They kept speaking German to me even though I kept saying English please?

Good Pressure in Shower, TV and WiFi working well, balcony with chairs, table and ashtray, and Linen to hang ur wet swim stuff, Top! Variety for breakfast, everybody should find something, Great Location, at the beginning of everything, close to beach and all amenities.

Personally, I miss a fridge, especially with the hot weather. Hairs on bed and in the bath. Unfortunately no curtain for shower, the whole bathroom is wet after shower. Bed was very hard. Aircon via Remote at the wall, I like to make it off and on if necessary in the night and than not have to go out of bed, prefer the remote next to me. And for a "Beach" Hotel it would be nice to get a beach Towel, like other do.

Very clean, friendly staff , comfy beds and a good breakfast. Well organized.. Great shower.! Close to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. I've never seen so many Spar supermarkets!

My room overlooked a go-cart circuit. Noisy from 4 pm till after midnight. The double glazing cut a lot of sound out but I like to sit on the balcony in the evening. A kettle in the room would be nice..an English TV channel would have been good too. Mostly German and Spanish stations.

Good location , Nice big room & bathroom. Bus stop right outside on the main road for travelling around the island. Food was excellent at evening meal & breakfast was plentiful too. Pool area was easy to get a sunbed everyday . The hotel seems to be very popular. with more mature guests , wasn’t a lot of children around which was a good thing for me. Drinks at the bar reasonably priced too .

Could be a little noisy up to 11.30pm if yr wanting an early night as rooms overlooking the pool also overlook the outside entertainment area - & A Car racetrack access the road too. Wasn’t a problem for me as I take earplugs everywhere I go !

Hotel is clean and walking distance to Cala Millor beach and restaurants

The mini kart place across the road was very noisy, sometimes until late hours

Breakfast was very good plenty of choices. I had very good service and when I had any problems I got help from the staff in all departments.

I really don't have any complaints.it at all. The hotel was well situated and easy to reach.
