Hotel Biniamar

Food was adequate not excellent.

Our room and the hotel was very clean. Friendly & helpful staff. Super buffet breakfast with something for everyone. Pool area was again very clean with plenty of space. Location excellent less than a minute to the beach & lovely restaurants all around. Music in the hotel bar. No loud noise around the area after midnight. A really lovely hotel.

The staff was very friendly. The cleaning was daily and great as even the beds were moved when cleaning. The dinner option was excellent. It was 12€ in cash for a dinner and for that value we could eat whatever we want as much as we want instead of the overpriced food in other places. There was a terrace bar with a DJ until around 12 am. The best of all for us was how extremely close the beach was from the hotel.

The wardrobe in our room had a broken part that was hanging loose in front of the door.

Daughter got about 20 bites on her legs. At first we thought they were mosquito bites but they were almost certainly bed bug bites

Convenient location , very pleasant staff.

Food was average.

The location was great. We had to print out our tickets for the Nadal Museum and the staff graciously helped us with that. They offered y their service with a welcoming smile on numerous occasions. The breakfast was incredible. We loved our stay.

Great location and a clean room. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

That location is close to the beach.

The staff is not polite and they focus only to German speakers.The furniture in the room is old and not good looking at all. Smell is bad in the rooms.

The balcony is great, the location is 2 minute walk from the beach and even closer to all the restaurant’s.

The beds weren’t great.

Good location close to the beach and shopping street, the food was good especially on friday when is special dinner, the room was clean with the beautiful view and the renovated bathroom.

Noise from night program (but this is understandably due to location). Missing kettle on the room.

Close to the beach and town. Rooms were spacious and light. Had a nice pool area. The food was a good standard with plenty of choice.

The reception staff didn’t seem as friendly as the front of house and cleaning staff. Mainly German music playing.

Staff very abrupt didn’t really want to engage with English people One of the staff parked her car outside hotel and bumped my car. No damage but when I confronted her she wasn’t interested and the same was said the the staff on reception Disgrace couldn’t give a dam about it

Decent room, Quiet, good buffet.breakfast. Near amenities.

No pool/beach towels. They seemed a bit short staffed.

Perfect location - we love that it's minutes away from the beach!Food - it was delicious and well-prepared ♡

Internet - annoyingly super slow to a point that you have to use your own data.Shower - inconsitent water temperature. It suddenly from cold to hot then vice versa.Balcony - there's not much division in between rooms, so you can see the ones from either side.Beds - there's no option for double size bed; so we got two twin beds that separates in between over time.

Breakfast was lovely, so close to beach, promenade and shops. Cleaning staff very friendly.

Pillows but we got replacements and they were fine.

we got a room on the 7th floor with a sea view, the view was perfect. and on Sunday morning, sampan for breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. the beach nearby is wonderful and close

the shower cabin is tired, it needs repair, the breakfast selection is small.

The mattress was a bit too hard and the water pressure in the shower is a bit low.

Night receptionist upon arrival not pleasant, a bit rude. A few hair in the toilet. Passable breakfast. 2 single beds attached instead of a double. Parking available only on the street. Slow/Adequate Wi-Fi.
