Pros +
- Breakfast was outstanding. We had booked half board and were very impressed with the range of options at both Breakfast and Dinner. Staff were very friendly and nothing was ever an issue.Lifeguards, Bar staff and waiters were exceptionally friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.
- Snack prices are average
- We really liked the breakfast and dinner. The hotel services were good, and the pool was nice to relax in. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a very enjoyable time
Cons -
- Bar closed quite early but this seemed to be across the board in this area and was possibly down to the fact it was the end of season.
- This hotel surprised me with things I have never experienced before, and I will definitely not stay here again.•Pool Towels are only changed once every 3 days. During a 6-day stay for 2500 euros, we had towels changed only once. Really strange, isn’t it? Should I pay extra to have them changed more often?•The staff doesn’t speak English, and even when we point at the menu, they still bring the wrong orders. For example, we ask for 2 coffees and they bring 3 coffees along with items we didn’t order. If English is not accepted here, shouldn’t this be mentioned clearly in the booking details?•There are no free sunbeds at the beach. You have to pay 15 euros per day for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella. If you’re lucky, you might find a spot, but the beach is actually run by the municipality, not the hotel. This is not mentioned in the booking information.•The pool is small, crowded, and very noisy. Some people behave aggressively and disturb others, yet nobody from the hotel cares.•At breakfast and dinner, the ventilation is poor. The smell rises from the basement restaurant all the way up to the upper floors, and your clothes end up smelling like food.•Because the restaurant is in the basement, you can’t enjoy a sea view while eating, unlike the surrounding hotels. With the smell and the crowded atmosphere, you just want to eat quickly and leave.•Even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign (written in both English and Spanish) on the door, housekeeping still enters the room.•The hotel is very old, which is obvious from the worn-out furniture.•Bathrooms are cleaned with damp, moldy-smelling mops, leaving a terrible odor.•At dinner, everything you eat has to be paid immediately; nothing can be charged to the room.•The main languages spoken here are German and Spanish. Finding someone who speaks English well enough to communicate is difficult.•Only one bottle of water is provided at check-in, and it is not replenished after cleaning.
- The towel stand's operating hours (10:00-12:00 and 15:00-18:00) were somewhat inconvenient. We often found ourselves leaving for the beach before it opened and returning after it had closed, so we were not able to get clean towels. Additionally, the pool was usually closed when we returned to the hotel in the evening (around 19:00). We were also surprised by the high number of elderly guests, which was a bit unexpected.

We enjoyed a lot our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, always smiling. The room and the pool were clean. Everything was very good organized. The food was delicious?
After 9 P.M. it can be very loud, the soundproofing could be better. .

The hotel forced us to book a separate room for our 3 year old
Breakfast was amazing! Such a wide assortment of all kinds of dishes, warm and cold, a full bread cabinet. And everything was delicious!
Not a biggie but we would have liked to get more info at check-in, specially since there was nobody else there so they had time. There were many areas and services available so it would have been nice rather than trying to discover it on our own.
The breakfast and dinner were great, variety every day. Location was great, right in front of the beachnd staff was so helpful. We were greeted with food at midnight when we arrived. Excellent
Beds and pillows were too hard, it would have been great to have soft pillows and beds as an option.
Clean, quiet, location, beach, indoor pool
Indifferent staff, no help even though I had a 2 year old and a broken leg on my own. Somewhat impersonal?! Food aimed almost entirely at the German audience very little Spanish.
Hotel is great brilliant location. Staff are lovely and work extremely hard. We travelled as a family of 9 asked for rooms on the same floor this was accomadated.. Indoor pool etc is a real bonus.
The only thing letting this hotel down is the entertainment
Very friendly staff. The buffet and food is amazing. The location and the view from the rooms is spectacular.
The bed in the double room had 2 mattresses next to each other which kept getting pushed away from each other.
Exceptional Customer Service from the Hipotels Group. We got an Upgrade from Hotel Category and Room type because of lack of room availability on the day of our arrival.Every aspect of the Service was beyond expectations. Staff were great.Excellent location.Stay was short, but definitely planning to come again.¡Muchas gracias!
The staff was very nice, the breakfast amazing, the location just in front of the beach was so practical! The restaurant by the pool was great, the best tortilla i've ever had!
Views from the rooms were spectacular. Excellent breakfast. Excellent facilities for disabled people. One of our group was in a wheelchair and the wheelchair accessible room was very spacious with good shower chair and hand rails in the bathroom. Also the lift for the pool was very easy to use and lots of ramps in hotel.
Gym could be a bit bigger but plenty of equipment to do a workout. Snack bar for lunch closes at 2:30pm would be good if it opened until 3:30pm as would not be hungry until later after the breakfast.
Great location, the hotel is right in front of the beach, we had front view and waking up to see the sea out of our balcony was just...amazing. You're also just 20/30min away from the most beautiful beaches in the isle. I'd recommend renting a car to move easily. We had paid for breakfast and dinners, the food and the variety was really good. The hotel itself and the bedroom were really nice and comfortable, very clean too. The staff was always lovely and very helpful. We really liked it and would happily come back.
Our only issue was with the buffet cards, I had read about this before booking but thought it wasn't important, they do put cards but miss a lot of them, and sometimes it was hard telling what was what, I don't have any allergies or food restrictions but it was still a bit annoying having to guess.
Location, food, pool....
Game room, gym and not a parking place.Tv not working
Probably the best dinner and breakfast buffet I’ve experienced, everything was ultra clean, great spot and all the staff were lovely. Also very good for families because there are not lots of loud noises or drunkards after dark, very good sleeping conditions for Mum, Dad & the baby.
Breakfast was perfect, room size is more than enough, we had a sea view room which was more than amazing even from the 2nd floor, half board was perfect, the dinner usually was pretty good, there were some days where we were struggling to pick something tasty for us, but it's based on preference. The cleanliness was great in the room and hotel staff were super kind, on the reception Javier (hope i do type his name correctly) was absolutely our favourite, he helped us a lot, by this way we would like to appreciate him again his efforts. Overall a recommended hotel, with pretty decent price tag!
Probably the only thing we would improve / change are the mattresses as they were separated + the beds also. Of course we knew it in advanced so it was not something we didn't know in advanced!
Location was perfect and was able experience wonderful restaurants within the area. A car is definitely a must to get around the island to visit other beaches in Majorca. Street parking was available. Breakfast was plentiful and hotel service was excellent.
Nothing at this time
Fantastic location, great food, comfortable rooms - we had an amazing time and have already booked for next year again!
