I liked the room a lot, it was new and well designed. Very clean as well.

Recently renovated, rooms are equipped with a good quiet air conditioning. Small but decently equipped gym (for hotel standards) with a guided rack, free weight, multi-functional cables, cardio area. The location is nice, the beach in front of the hotel wasn't covered with algae like the rest of Cala Millor

At breakfast they propose a continental selection of food, very poor quality (especially fruit and vegetables). Boiled eggs were always green due to wrong cooking time. We attempted dinner once, same low quality raw product served, to which a very basic cooking didn't improve the taste. No coffee machine in the room, no mini-bar.The pool area is not sufficiently equipped for the number of guests, after 8:30am there's no place for everyone. The number of umbrellas are covering about 60% of the sun-beds, no shade for the others.The bar service is very chaotic, slow and inattentive. They were continuously making mistakes, shouting each-other.The room renovation has been done in a cheap way, with laminated floor in the rooms, looks very basic. Even the hairdryer is poor quality, a lot of noise but doesn't blow much.

Very beautiful hotel, staff was very friendly, drinks were good. There was an amazing female singer one night. A lot of options at breakfast and dinner.

Only (!) German people. The pool opens too late. You can’t just book food or drinks on the room, you have to put in an amount of money of choice that you will be able to use to put food or drinks on the room. No sunbeds at the beach.

Clean, convenient, well staffed.

The rooms were very clean, breakfast was wonderful, the location is right on the beach, staff was very helpful and attentive.

Cleaning service started a little bit early for our taste (8-9 am), the room was not very big, there was not enough shade at the pool and the service at the bar was a little bit slow at times.

Breakfast was amazing, one day we took dinner here as well, so it was also very good with many different food options. Also liked inside pool if the weather is too bad for outside. Everything is clean, new and renovated. Staff is friendly helpful and polite. Recommend for the people who values calm and quality holidays

The city is very calm, not that much to do here, but this is not the hotel problem.

location is in a big resort and it’s nice for walking. we went there off season so the beach was very calm. we upgraded our room with sea view to have a better experience and it was worth it.Breakfast and SPA was nice.

our first room was sea-side view but we had no view as it was facing another building, also the room had a bad odour so we changed but also paid extra for upgrade. Swimming pool was closed due to off season but would have been good to have the SPA cleaning more regularly as it became a bit dirty as many people used the indoor pool.

Beautiful, modern, clean & excellent location

Amazing room with sea view. Amazing food - breakfast every day. The dinner looked absolutely fantastic as well - so much effort. It looked totally unreal

Not very many English TV channels - just news ones. Also when asking about the buses it would have been helpful to be told it is almost half the price to pay by credit card. I only found this out on my last day

The Hallam was a bit dysfunctionning

Excellent breakfast, huge choice, cooked or Continental. Lovely room, all rooms and infact entire hotel, fully refurbished May 2024. Comfy foam bed, firm but soft top layer. Huge choice at dinner every evening.Rooms cleaned immaculately every day, very friendly staff, from cleaners to reception to restaurant. Hotel slightly back from beach, directly overlooking it.

Struggling to find anything I didn't like.

Great hotel with delicous food! Everything is nice and new, the beds are very comfortable, the choice of food is excellent and all very fresh.

The coffee:(

All the stuff was super friendly. They all spoke English and German. The hotel is very new and modern. All was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. The buffet is huge and delicious. The hotel is next to the sea and they also rent bikes.

Absolutely everything... this is probably the best hotel I have been to. Everything was OUTSTANDING. If I could rate it 20, I would. Fantastic value for money. Dinner and breakfast buffet stunning. Views out of this world. Staff so polite and friendly. Hotel classy and elegant with beautiful ambient lighting in the rooms. Beds so comfortable. I can go on and on :)

Literally nothing!

The hotel was located right on the beach promenade and all rooms we booked were with sea view. The water was crystal clear, the sand was smooth, the beach very clean and large. The staff at reception, in the restaurants and in cleaning were consistently friendly. The selection at the breakfast buffet was large and there was something for everyone. The hotel is approximately one hour drive away from the airport and Palma sightseeing’s. The spa area, rooms and restaurants were all clean and well maintained. The selective rooms at 5th& 6th floors were with a coffee machine& bathrobes while the other rooms had no coffee machines and also no kettle. The furnitures in all rooms were new, well designed and with a balcony. All in all we had a great time in the hotel and would recommend the hotel to everyone.

Nothing really important, but maybe the rooms without coffee machine could have at least a kettle.

overall a great stay, we had a room partially looking at the sea and it was still perfect, we heard the waves in the morning and fell alseep to them. unreal. we highly enjoyed the tranquility of the place as we visited out of peak season but the hotel was still packed and lively. great variety of food both for breakfast and dinner which nicely accomodate allergies as well. the bed is comfortable and you can order pillows that suit you. really goes to show the care they show towards nuances. the indoor pool is clean and enjoyable, we didn’t try the sauna. every day the animator organized a great evening, we played bingo on one of them so even if the weather was awful, the in-house programs make up for it. it’s a well-rounded hotel that insures a great stay.

the mattress is not well secured to the bed so it unfortunately moves around. the elevators seem to be not well-synchronized. among the 10+ dessert options it would be lovely to have a better ratio of dairy-free or vegan ones. not a downside but a wish and I’m aware that it’s hard to accomodate.

Everything: staff so warm and welcoming, location best on sea front. Great pools and gym and buffet restaurant was good value.
