    Pros +

    • Beachfront, clean, comfy
    • Proximity to the beach, very clean rooms, kids friendly hotel (animators were very nice with kids), staff at the reception who accommodated our request (with a smile) with no issues at arrival. There is always something available at one of the 2 main restaurants therefore very convenient for family holidays.
    • POSITIVES- The beach is excellent.- Several little shops in front of the hotel.

    Cons -

    • Pools cold
    • The hotel facilities were accessible to anyone from the street due to lack of a control who can access it (room card was not needed to enter into the property for example) therefore we felt lack of security. Some bartenders at the terrace during the night show were very kind while the others not that much
    • NEGATIVES- The hotel is mostly German-speaking. I'd say 80% of the guests don't speak Spanish or English. For those with small children who speak English or Spanish, this can be a challenge.- Meal times (half-board or full-board): Breakfast starts at 8 a.m. and ends at 10:30 a.m. If you're an early riser, you'll have to wait. Lunch is from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dinner has a terrible schedule, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. If you're enjoying the summer, you'll definitely miss dinner. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PAYING FOR THE FULL BOARD. Only if you plan to stay 100% of the time at the hotel. If you plan on exploring the city, you'll miss one of the meals and will have to pay to eat somewhere.- Parking: There's no parking, and they say there's public parking outside. Don't fall for it! Finding a spot is a nightmare! We rented a car, and it basically sat idle every day, because using the car and finding a spot is impossible. Parking is more than a 5-minute walk away.- Beach towels require a refundable fee, and they can only be changed every 3 days. It doesn't make sense.- Room cleaning is just making the bed. The floor is covered in sand every day.- Kids' area: Very little time. Only 2 hours in the morning, and a parent is required in the afternoon. So if you're looking to relax while your kids play, this isn't the place for you.

LocationThe swimming pools and proximity to waterfrontBeautiful beach Kids activities (mini disco, games and play areas)AC available Lots of rentals available for bicycles and cars if needed

Fridge was partly broken (wasn't a pb for us it's only the freezer door) Room not always cleanThe dining areas are very noisy (outside terrace is better if there is space) Not much to do in the area apart from touristic activities

It’s a great place to stay with small children. The beach is white sand with turquoise water, easy swimming and fun in the sand. There’s a nice boardwalk for walking up and down the beach too. The swimming pools are all really good and it’s nice to have so many different options to choose from each day. The food at the different restaurants was good overall, lots of variety. The room was comfortable enough, the air conditioning worked well. They provided a crib and a baby bath (upon request). We also arranged taxi pickup through the hotel and they were able to provide appropriately sized car seats for both my baby and toddler.

The rooms are a little lower quality finishing in some areas than I expected for a 4 star hotel, like in the kitchen (but really nice in some areas too like the shower and with all of the swimming and food included the shower was far more important than the kitchen). There is a road you have to cross sometimes in the middle of the property which isn’t a huge deal but a slight inconvenience with small children to make sure they are safe crossing the road.

+ pools were really good, activities also+ beach at the hotel was great - nice sand, perfect water+ cleaning of the room ok

    - sunumbrella and one lounger at the beach 19€ :-((((- food in hotel - too many sweets for breakfast. This is family hotel. Guess what kids want to eat when they see liquid chocolate, donuts, pancaces, cookies, pastries :(I have solution for you Hotel.manager: prepare a hide area, where all those sweets will be placed and parents! will decide if kids will eat it or not. Not kids.- a lot of unhealthy food for all inclusive as well- not to much from heatlhy food - usially not so nice cucumber and tomatoes without taste for breakfast- then they have a really huge cantine for all kids and adults - it means an chaos, a huge noise during the whole breakfast. Something what you really don't want to enjoy every morning :(((- during every breakfast the hotel stuff clean the dishes and glasses and cutleries and this make another increadible noise :-(((((

    Location and cleanliness

The male staff in the breakfast room right next to the kids pool were not as good as the big international hotel staff, and the rest of the staff were polite.

Amazing location right on the beach ? Plus beautiful swimming pools - 1 small indoor, 2 large outdoor, kids’ pool with waterslides right next to the playground and even a splash pad! Very convenient grocery store directly across the street behind the hotel. Everything you need for a great vacation with small kids ??

    9FabiolaPosted on: 5-1-2025

Breakfast was very good, big variety of food! The staff everywhere was amazing. Thanks to them!

Our room wasn't quiet, there was a noise from the pool pump that we could hear all night. And the air condition wasn't on yet, so we were hot during the night.

    5MohitPosted on: 4-30-2025

Every night there was a different entertainment theme which was nice and engaging

No airco in the room. Only option to ventilation was open room window but because hotel is on a busy road, that was not ideal for peaceful sleep. A fan in rooms would have been much better.Buffet and even specialty restaurants had repeated menu. Not a single pool except small indoor one was warm enough so kids have to wait until sun is overhead to not feel cold in the pool

Very spacious flat with kitchen and huge balcony with the sea view

    8AnnaPosted on: 4-27-2025

Very close to the beach, the food was delicious and various.

We traveled with a dog and once the cleaning was made when we put a sign not to disturb/the dog inside. During the peak time an evening buffet was too crowded.

Staff were greatVery clean hotelEvening entertainment

Rooms were rather dated with beds slightly uncomfortable

    6MariaPosted on: 4-27-2025

Perfect location near a beautiful beach. Very nice animation program for kids

Restaurants were too crowded, food was all the time the same, cleaning in the room was very basic

    9ChloePosted on: 4-26-2025

Very clean, spacious, good location, gorgeous view

We had bad weather, being on the other side from the main hotel meant we got wet when accessing facilities

    9Anastasya L.Posted on: 4-24-2025

Our apartment has a garden and a direct view to the beach so it was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen but it seems functional. Staff were friendly, internet stable, breakfast and dinner choices were abundant. We also tried the other restaurant (La Finca) for one dinner, but you need to reserve in advance, this is good to have a break from the buffet restaurant.

Unfortunately the hotel doesn't have its own parking. There are free street parking and in April it was fine, you could find a spot. But when it's crowded, it's a bit of a hassle to drive around to find a free spot. I can only imagine in the summer it might be a disaster to find a parking spot.

The food was excellent. Fantastic breakfast and dinner buffets and lots of variety. The staff did a great job of serving so many people at the same time and keeping everything clean!! We tried both the main restaurant and the "La Finca" restaurant for dinner. La Finca had themed evenings with Mexican buffet on certain days and Spanish buffets on others. We had a room with a large balcony and a great view of the sea. Rooms are modern with enough space. Even the sofa beds were comfortable.

    Nothing worth mentioning!

    9SusannePosted on: 4-20-2025

Very good standard at the Hotel. The hotel was beautiful, so was the food. This is a great hotel if you are traveling with kids.

The hotel needs a better system when so many people are going to eat dinner at the same time in one restaurant.

    5ChelseaPosted on: 4-19-2025

    Lots of pool options!

Kept awake until 3am with a party in the room above us, rooms were ok but didn't dampen the noise at all, could hear conversations through the walls

    10ZuzanaPosted on: 4-16-2025

We were there just at the beginning of the season, room was clean, in the kitchen everything you need, the room was big enough, breakfast full of fresh fruit, big selection of cheese, bread, meat, eggs, sweets. Beach was just few meters away.
