Very clean, food was plain but good.

No entertainment, no bar service apart from a window opening out to the pool area, so not very welcoming to someone like me who likes to socialise round a bar.

Cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the location of the hotel and the size of the rooms (apartment)

Lack of entertainment in the evenings - however we presume this is due to being right at the end of the season before they close - other guests who had been here previously stated that entertainment was better in height of the season.

Its location

Gone way downhill in last 2 years. Dinner served way too late. 7.30 —-9.30. Entertainment shocking. Apartments not very well equipped. No wardrobe space no shelves no chest of drawers no where to put anything.

staff were all lovely and so friendly, food was good although very repetitive. Liked the fact that towels were taken of beds if no one was on them after an hour.

mattress kept sliding off base so you could easily hurt yourself if you don't realise.no drawers to put clothes in ,(socks, underwear, sorts teeshirts etc)no bath plug so couldn't have a bath and no bath mat to stop u slipping whilst having shower.absolutely hated that there was only one ashtray for smokers outside so they were making the place look dirty throwing cigarette ends in plants, over walls etc

The location was very good , and the staff was nice and friendly. The cleanliness was very good and room spacious. The selection of food was not large, but there was definitely enough of everything.

there was no parking for the car, you had to look for it in the surrounding streets

The rooms weren’t soundproof, not much facilities in gaming room, not enough beds by the pool and lots of towels, food temperature

Due to our flight being five hours delayed the receptionist let us quickly have dinner before it ended at 21:30 which was a very good start to our welcome after a long day of travelling. The staff are friendly and will help as much as possible.The BedroomBeds were like lying on boxes/very hard and uncomfortable on our backs. The room never got mopped the whole 6 nights we were there which was very frustrating with sand and balcony dust. Had to wear socks or flip flops around the room. The beds were on wheels and the mattresses never seemed to stay still on the beds. The sheets were too small for the mattresses. The positives; enough hanging wardrobe space, full length mirror, desk/vanity station and enough plug sockets. Our AC was nice too, not too cold, blowy or loud. Some other guests we had spoken to had said their AC in their rooms were appalling so maybe we just dropped on with ours.The BathroomThe bath was the size of a bidet. The flush on the toilet was inadequate. When the cleaner came round we had to ask for new clean towels twice. There was brown mould all around the bath tray, sink and toilet. The shower head had a massive crack through it so only half of the water came out properly, the other half poured down the walls, making the floor wet through. The shower was very small, but the pressure was OK. There was a very pungent stench coming from the drains/plug holes which meant we had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times.SurroundingsReception was always spotless. Tables were always being cleaned. The lift only carried 4 people. The pool was an acceptable size and was deep enough (2.2m). It also had a shallow child friendly side, with a lifeguard. The only thing that was a let down every single day was the amount of sun loungers. I’d say there were approx 25 loungers and they were all taken by 9AM. We had to wait until lunch started at 1PM to grab one when people went for their lunch. The drinks were tasty.

Rooms are small but adequate, good choice off menu both breakfast and evening meal. entertainment on at night, 100 metres to beach, stayed many times at this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was simple but we didn’t expect nothing luxurious so we were not disappointed, also there was everything what we needed ? good value for money

Was first placed on first floor. Due to layout the sound from the bar travelled up the stair well and was very noisy but I was moved to a higher floor the next morning with no issues Room advertised as a bath ( shower bath) with no plug so when asked I was told they don’t provide them

Central air conditioning in a room not working properly.

We been sent to another Blue sea hotel in Cala Millor, because of booking mistake. There was a nice atmosphere, close to the beach. Good All inclusive drinks, great food. Nice rooms.

We been waitting for 2 hours to find out, that booking is double and we must to go to another Bluesea hotel, thanks at least, that they alloud us to have a lunch there and later offered us a taxi for free to get to other hotel and the same price. Hotel was nice and we stayed here for 2 nights. THANK YOU FOR RESOLVING THIS SITUATION SO NICE.Pools could be a little bigger and that young, slow barmen should be replaced (you maybe know his name, there is only one young man who is working terribly slow and driving people crazy :D), that was terrible to wait for him, all people were frustrated.

The staff

The room had damp on the wall. We booked a room for three and the damp was on the ceiling, right above of the pillow of one of the beds.

The breakfast & the beds

Pretty much everything. The staff was so rude. The breakfast was really nice but the rest of the food not! Not much to pick from. Hotel is defiantly not for kids, more for group of friends/ couples who want a party holiday . The lifeguard was rubbish! My daughter can swim very well but made her put one, yes one armband on! He stopped you from playing ball games in the pool! He constantly disappeared. Luckily my parents was staying in a beautiful hotel so we stayed at their hotel! The walls in the room are paper thin, people are coming back in at 4 in the morning screaming down the corridors! Out of a 5 night stay I slept twice there & only spent one whole day there. I read so many bad reviews but there was also good reviews and I wish I had listened to bad reviews!

Beds are very uncomfortable. Very Low budget Beds.No transparent rules, rules are changing on the vibe of local Stuff - > On an online info card that was communicated, on departure day you can have an early breakfast... I noted the staff on the day before departure, i would like to have an early breakfast, answer was: no available here, but there was no information from this deviation on the info card... The staff member told me, to ask the morning shift receptionist, to open the restaurant doors, in order to have an '' early coffee''... OK. Breakfast is from 8 am. I asked the receptionist lady at 7.30 to let us have a Coffee, answer was: Not possible (thank you again for nothing...). At the drink bar you can find an internal and an outer place to order. Rules are not communicated clearly. There was day when they said me at 7:30 PM to go out and ask my drink from the outer side, and there was a day, when they told me the same at 5.45 PM (communicated nowhere, marked nowhere the rule for that...).In all inclusive the food is nearly the same: mainly foods without meat... When i found chicken breast, it was frozen Fried chicken breast... Lot of Times the served foods are not matching with the info, card (eg.: on the info card the subtitle was: meat Paella, but there was no meat...) The desserts are mainly Low budget slices of cake or pudding. Do not have big expectations for food quality.Air conditioner at room: not a split air conditioner, maybe a central system. Air duct seems to be not cleaned regularly... You can choose from 3 fan speed. 1 was the strongest. On fan speed 1 the forced air ventilation was nearly OK, but it was very noisy... On lower fan speed it was less noisy, but the cooling was not sufficient... You can choose from noisy cooler room, or warmer but less noisy...Cigarette butts was on the terrace...Television is not Smart tv, but plays movies from pendrive.Hotel is very noisy no noise insulation.
