Great ,clean, not expensive hotel with tasty food and perfect staff, especially people on reception.

Loud music from the bar after 11 pm.

Pretty basic, clean hotel, excellent location for beach etc… Food was the only let down. Somehow the chefs have seemingly mastered the art of extracting flavour from a range of dishes… luckily there is a wide selection, so typically there is always something to salvage… otherwise for the price, I would say good value for money.

Great location and cleanliness was ok

There were 7 floors and only 2 lifts. The lifts only big enough for 2 people at a time. There were no provisions for hot drinks between 10pm and 8am and we were not allowed to use the hot drinks machine at lunch times. The food was always cold with very poor choices, and plates and cutlery were not clean at times.Some staff were not very welcoming, choosing to ignore us and chat to their colleagues instead when it was obvious we were waiting to be served ( poolside bar)

Good location . The beach is 2 minutes away. Nearby there are cafes and shops and car rental.

audibility. It was not possible to get enough sleep because early in the morning someone was already rattling the doors and the elevator . Not very tasty food unfortunately…

The location was perfect, near the sea.Shopping was very close.Kids places were near too.Traveling cars, buses and vans were very often until late nights.Live music bars near by and with dancers.Towels very daily cleaned.

The daily food was not so good.Laundry machines were 15 mins far by walk. Imagine need to walk with big bag of dirty then clean clothing.The drivers to move to airport do not take cash, need always in advance to reserve the bus ticket or van taxi.

Nice hotel set in a great area in the middle of everything. Basic AI and the food is ok but what you expect for the price.Room was ok and a good size, powerful shower too.

Main complaint was the final night when I returned just after 11pm and went to get a wine to take to the room. I was grabbed by an angry member of staff who told me to put the glass down as the AI finished 2 minutes earlier. Fair enough but I pointed out that people were still eating and drinking in there so didn't think a small wine would be an issue. I was told to go to the open bar on the other side of the hotel. Again refused a drink yet the bar was full. After complaining I was told I can buy a drink but not part of the AI after 11pm. Fair enough but the attitude of the woman and physically grabbing my arm was out of order. I would have happily paid for my drink but was never given that option by the rude lady. Left a bad taste and one I will be reporting to the hotel directly.

not far from the sea. we arrived at night around 00:30, we were given food

It is impossible to get a good night's sleep, the walls are very thin and there is no insulation at all. I had to wake up when people started walking down the corridor, because you could hear it all, even when someone in the next room went to the toilet, you could hear it. And it is impossible to fall asleep before 00:00 because there is a bar on the first floor in which the music is very loud. the food was extremely tasteless and every day the same, the dining room is very dirty, very often there were traces of the lipstick of women who used it before on the water glasses after washing, it is very disgusting when the staff of the dining room wipes the tables with one cloth for two hours and can pick something up from the floor and then put clean cutlery on people with dirty hands.It is difficult to get to the pool because there are about 20 sunbeds. This was my worst all-inclusive experience so far.

We liked the room and location the most. Breakfast was good, and the stuff was kind.

I wouldn't say I liked that we booked in one hotel, and ended up in another hotel with a room we did not like, but the staff was very kind and changed our room after we asked for it.

Very tired, my room was next to the stairs with a huge gap under the door so I could hear everything so hardly slept! The music from the pool, again right next to my room.

Food was nice enough for what to expect from a 3 star hotel. Nice pool and bar facilities. Good location to where you want to be.

Staff were often quite rude at the bar and reception. The hotel specifies air conditioning, however all we were given was a ventilator which gave out next to nothing in coolness, making sleeping horrible. I asked the receptionist 6/7 times during my staff for this to be changed or for us to change rooms and nothing was done. Final day of our stay and we were getting picked up to go to the airport at 3pm, however they will not let you borrow at beach towel to sit around the pool, you have to pay. (If you think you can just use the shower towels your room, they will just take them off your bed).

The food options were very poor, lacking diversity (either fish, meat or fruits), vegetarian options, and overall very basic.

They charged 1 extra nigth by booking.com and not responding for several emails by me and booking.com. Its now 2 months ago and still no answer. Difficult to get in contact by the manager by Phone as well.

Nothing, instead of the location

It was dirty and cheap old fashioned. Weird noises all night long, AC was terrible loud.

From the positive. The food was quite decent, the selection of dishes is small, but there is, you will not go hungry. The location is really good. The sea is 120-150 meters away, there is a supermarket nearby, and a public transport stop. There are many cafes, restaurants, and small shops nearby. At the reception, they quickly responded to my requests and quickly resolved issues. The beach and the sea are just a fairy tale! Beautiful nature and scenery, that's why we came.

Before booking this hotel, I of course read the reviews. I hoped that everything bad that was written in the reviews about this hotel was corrected. But it seems that the remarks are not taken seriously here. We lived in building 4, and this is the most terrible building of all. Old repairs, sewage stench in the toilet. Beds that wobble. There are only hangers and an old drawer for storing things. This is the first hotel in my life where there is no refrigerator in the room! This is the first hotel where drinking water is not brought to the room, you have to get it yourself! They try to clean the room after lunch, when people want to relax in the coolness and do not go to the beach in the heat. That's why we put up a "do not disturb" notice and, accordingly, the room was not cleaned. I consider this a trick of cleaners to do less work. After cleaning, there was garbage left in our room - a ball of women's hair was just lying on the floor (we didn't have women, I was resting with my son). The windows in the room faced the street, where sometimes at night it is very noisy from cars or people. Next is the restaurant. There are not enough places for all visitors, sometimes you had to stand and wait for a table to become free. Then you can wait for the waiters to clear the table, then bring clean utensils. There are probably not enough waiters, or they are in no hurry to do their job. The plates were dirty. At lunch, the restaurant is very noisy from people. The territory of the restaurant is small, but there are a lot of people. The waiters bang dishes and chairs loudly, so be prepared that you won’t hear yourself at lunch. Another minus is the rental of beach towels, which costs €2 per day for one towel. And this is also the first hotel where this happens to me.

The property was good and spaced out over two buildings and the property we were in was not on the beach admittedly only a couple of min walk away but the blurb does say positioned on the beach.The staff were always polite and helpful when they could be. The food was excellent great choices and plenty of everything, at all sittings And at certain periods of the day the pool bar provided snacks on the side.The pool bar closes at 8pm and then you have one other all inclusive bar across from the main hotel in the other complex which was usually manned by 1 bar attendee. In another area outside this all inclusive bar they had a cordoned off bar area where there was nightly entertainment but it wasn’t and isn’t included in your all inclusive deal! This area is the cocktails area, you have to pay and is fully staffed!The pool area was often cramped, beds too close together for my personal comfort. There were two pool options one with a bar and one across the street attached to their other complex which is much quieter no noisy poolside music. But again you must be up early to put your towel on the very uncomfortable lounges if you want a spot for the day! We found the loungers on the beach much more comfortable and cheap at 14 euros for a full day for two bed and inclusive of a straw parasol!Our room was spacious and we had an enormous balcony but l think we just struck lucky with that but it was to no benefit because there was only two plastic chairs and a a small drinks table on it! A real sun trap though if you don’t mind lying on the hard terrace!The all inclusive bar closed promptly at 11pm and then the outside areas were manned by a security guard to ensure there was no noise above a certain decibel that included loud laughter. Which is all good if you retire early or have an early flight to catch! So basically the hotel and all surrounding areas are shut by 12 midnight !

Nothing really, very good value for money for what you get!

The all inclusive regime, being close to the beach, and fun and friendly staff.
