Second day; when we requested the changing of our rooms the lady at the reception desk ISA was amazingly helpful.

first day; when we checked-in; the person at the reception desk assigned the worst possible room, not even willing to talk: Answered all my questions "you can ask all these in the morning" Well, i need that info right now, so I am asking at that moment cause I won't have time in the morning. he was just a grumpy old man who shouldn't greet -welcome their hotel guests.

This was the first time I stayed in an All inclusive. I am a very experienced traveler and wanted to try something new. The staff in general were very good. The facility: room very good (a few recent renovations evident), its location on the top floor was truly appreciated, a great view of the city and beach, the restaurant area was spacious and well attended, the food was plentiful with a adequate variety each day, the grounds were well maintained, the staff were very professional, friendly and thorough, as a walker, the beachfront walkway was excellent. Due to it being the off season, it was nice having the area to ourselves. Overall, well worth the price. Look for the discount offer window.

The hotel is large and can host many guests. The room was clean and comfortable. In December it was warm inside, and you can easily adjust the temperature yourself. The internet connection was strong and worked well everywhere in the hotel. The Christmas dinner was really nice. There is plenty of parking space around the hotel, and the beach is very close.

The food is quite average and lacks variety from day to day, so don’t expect too much. The TVs in the rooms are outdated and not connected to the internet (no access to YouTube, Netflix, etc.). Overall, the rooms are comfortable but could use some renovation, feels a bit like from the 90s

Room was dated, and falling apart with door handles broken and stains. Breakfast, while abundant with choice never quite hit the mark.

Stayed during the off-season and was upgraded to a bigger room with a sea view! Very nice front desk staff, great buffet breakfast, excellent location next to the beach.

Pool closes at 1800. Was hoping to relax and float a bit after a day of sightseeing.

Great stay here for 6 nights with fiance and 3 year old. All previous all inclusives I ate in weren’t as nice as here. I was pleasantly surprised with quality of food. Gala dinner one night with strawberry & chocolate fondue was a highlight. Pool- indoor nice for small one but quite small. Outdoor was a bit cold- would be nicer if heated but still nice. Kids pool small. Drinks and cocktails were nice. Entertainment was very good- a bit busy in the entertainment room though where you would almost have to go right away after dinner which was 6.30-9 and entertainment usually at 9.15, sometimes took a while for table service but staff were very good. Some nights we couldn’t get seats as seating layout a bit hap hazard. Excellent location. Lovely hotel. Room was lovely but TV was not working (for the whole hotel it is the same which we didn’t know until the last night- only found out then after a lot of messing around with same). Shower and bath were lovely. Nice balcony. Bike rental with sports bar right next door which was nice. Fantasy land next to hotel with games and bouncy castle which was lovely for just 5euros for unlimited access. About 80% of hotel guests German and all very nice but this meant it was a bit difficult for son to integrate for kids club etc. Lovely staff, lovely hotel. Excellent value, very glad we picked here. Would definitely recommend.Thanks to all.

The receptionist Delia was sooo nice and helpful with a big smile always. Our 2 years old enjoyed the heated pool and mini disco a lot, it’s a perfect hotel for families with children

Location - room size Junior suite

Booked a junior suite as a birthday treat... it wasn't good! Very poor customer service - woke up in the middle of the night being very warm. When checking temperature trying to put the Aircon on, the room temperature was 27°C. As nothing seems to happened when I switched the Aircon on, I went to reception (at 1 am as no one could sleep) where I was explained that there wasn't any Aircon available during the winter season as 'the system was set on heating' (despite Aircon being advertised on their website and booking.com). I then asked if something could be done/offered where the same above response was repeated but was suggested to open the window... During the winter, when it 6 degrees outside and noisy! I did responded that I would have to get up to close the door due to the cold at some point and that the room would become warm again. I insisted if anything could be offered where I received a surprising and cynical response 'Would you like me to make some wind'. I was definitely not expecting this from a 4 star hotel... False advertising on their website regarding facilities as it clearly mentions air-conditioning and heating!I eventually spoke to the hotel manager for more than an hour... where no financial discount could be done from the bill despite a planned turnover of over €4,000 for rooms only for February as I saw in his office! He eventually offered a gesture (lunch meal) which I didn't accept as I had planned my trip to another place to stay.

Great view in a large room. Food was very good and an excellent variety of food options on the menu. Great facilities including indoor swimming pool, gym and sauna. Entertainment was also good.

There was building work around the hotel that did spoil the daytime silence that was sought when we booked the room, but maybe to be expected in January

The pool was quite small and usually crowded. The second room in the suite has no real window (just to the corridor).

The food

I was there with my friend and all our cash was stolen from our wallets in the room!!! I send 4 emails about this situation, but 5 days absolutely no answer, no reaction from the hotel! This is an absolutely unacceptable attitude on the part of this hotel, and i start to think that it is normal practice hotel employees to rob their guests, I definitely do not recommend this place, very disappointing!

Mattress extremely soft. My whole bottom part would just sink in, and I could not sleep well as a consequence.The in-house pool is useless (too small & shallow)

Everything was amazing, clean and big rooms, friendly staff. Breakfasts and dinners were various and just delicious. We were in December and hotel prepared special dinner on Christmas eve with various meat and seafood dishes. Stable wifi, a lot of entertainments for kids and parents.

Spa was a great extra perk during the christmas holidays, also the price was very reasonable.

There was no washcloth or dishwashing liquid to wash the dishes(we stayed in the apartment room).

Food is very nice, many choices are available for both adults and kids. Evening entertainment shows are very interesting, have different theme. Drinks are great, you can taste the cocktails are not mixed with sugar and water. Staff is very nice and helpful also.

It was the 1st time we had stayed with this hotel chain so we didn't know what to expect. We had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, the food was amazing and the room was comfortable and spacious. It is very close to the beach and there is ample parking nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples and families. We managed to chill 100%!
