Mater Ariany

Great views, pool, tasty breakfast (eventhough same selection ever day), location in a charming little village with a reasobable distance to either beaches or other sight/towns.

The beds were not super comfortable. Disposing of trash was complicated. There were no bins.

The place itself is cozy and welcoming, leaving privacy for each room and their guests. Each room has its place organized as a terrace, my room had a terrace on the rooftop and it was amazing. The rooms are very well-equipped with kitchenettes, quiet and comfortable. There is enough space for a longer stay. The swimming pool and garden give you extra place to relax. I loved the neighborhood, a small peaceful town ideal for battery charging. The breakfast was rich in quantity and quality. There was a variety of salty and sweet and cold and hot dishes. Everything was freshly made and delicious. The beverages also didn't disappoint. Amazing tea and coffee machine for fresh cup every time you wanted, fruit juices, and water. I could request for more.

Very nice small hotel with beautiful rooms, terrace and pool. The stuff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. 20 min by car to the nearest beach. Excellent stay

Wonderful location in Ariany

We had an issue with damp in the room as the ventilation was not working. After a day (there is no reception/ access to staff is harder than in other places). The hotel did check the ventilation in the end (on the second day we were staying) and they assured us it was working fine. They also offered another room, but we preferred to stay in original room (the second one was half the size of our original room). Unfortunately as soon as we came back in the evening we found out the ventilation was not working again. We couldn’t open the windows as the street is just outside this side of the hotel. So we were misled by the hotel as the ventilation clearly didn’t work even though they said they fixed it. We chose the place as there were good reviews but we believe it was very disappointing and overpriced for what it was.

Check-in was very easy, though unmanned a that time of the day. Instructions very clear to follow.Room at the rooftop spacious and with kitchenette. We have not used the kitchenette. If I had needed, a microwave would have been very useful.Breakfast was very good. I usually stay on the sweet side, but there were some good things also on the salty side, so I made a well deserved exception.Location: you may not go to Mallorca to stay in the middle of the countryside, but at Mater you are really dominating an ocean of land. At our time of year green, turning in front of our eyes to gold brown while the corn around (mixed to trees) was ripening. Very beautiful. Place is very peaceful. Ariany is almost baricentrical in Mallorca, so you are close (or far, depending from your point of view) to everything.Staff really very friendly and helpful.Mater is completely accessible, swimming pool included.Wi-Fi is good.Bathroom: good shower, basin in the sleeping room. You may like it or not. In some circumstances can prove to be useful. Your mileage may vary.

Water from the tap is not drinking water, though bottled water is provided in the room.

Beautiful and unique place, with few rooms, quiet and surrounded by greenery. Very nice place to stay with small kitchen. Staff were very nice, flexible and tried to make the most of our stay. Room 11 was beautiful with nice Terrace. We will come back as soon as we can :)

Water bottle not replaced after the first night, smell in the toilette (sewage related), password for WiFi wasn’t promptly provided / made available in the room (had to ask for it on the second day), pillows weren’t particularly comfortable and couldn’t be replaced apparently

Very nice and beautiful place to stay. Friendly and helpfull staff. Ariany is located in the middle of the island, therefore all locations are literally within an one hour drive. Very convient.

Kitchen could be better equipped with some basics such as salt, pepper, oil, etc. Some more plates and cutleries would also be usefull

The location was great in a very peaceful area which is what we were looking for. It only has a few rooms so its cozy and very quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (the safety box in the room was a bit stubborn, and they were very kind in helping us twice)

The beds were uncomfortable, and although we knew from the photos that our room was adapted for disabled guests, the finishes, amenities, towels and overall look of the room were quite "cheap". Probably for a 3-star hotel it's okay. Also, the pictures made it seem like the pool and the gardens were incredible.

Amazing place and views. Really wheelchair accessible everywhere which was awesome. We were really surprised at how much thought and effort had gone into it. A really relaxing place to unwind.

The only room for improvement would be sorting out the kitchen area a little where appliances may have leaked in the past. Possibly providing a couple of things eg salt, sugar and a couple of dishwasher tabs, etc to get you going when you first arrive and it's too late to get to a shop.The Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable as has been mentioned by other reviews. There is also only 1 English channel - maybe that's a good thing as it meant we watched no tv...These are really minor points for a really amazing place.

Nothing to dislike!

The surrounding environment was so relaxing and quiet. The rooms are big. Interior are modern. Fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for family with children. Breakfast is very good. Staff are friendly.

Parking can be a little tricky. Wifi is slow. Toilet does not flush well.

if you want to see a different area of Mallorca, away from the beaches and big towns then this is your place. on the edge of a very small town with a lovely local restaurant

the breakfast if not booked was expensive. although there was always fresh espresso made on request!

Perfection! Mater Ariany really is a beautiful oasis of tranquility. The rooms are airy, spacious, well appointed and immaculate. The grounds and pool are pristine & well maintained, offering fabulous views across the country side. The staff were wonderful & the breakfasts fresh and tasty. 100% relaxation. We loved it.

We had an amazing time at Mater Ariany! The location was perfect, very quiet, peaceful, and close to the main attractions. The breakfast was very good, and the staff very nice. I really liked the pool with a beautiful view :) I would love to come back there!

The hotel is located in a very beautiful place. The pool is great and it has a wonderful view. From outside the hotel looks very nice. Our room was big and the kitchen was well equipped. The breakfast was good.

Our room was a bit dark and although I appreciate that the bathroom was wheelchair accessible, it seemed very cold and hospital like. All in all the room could use some decorations. Our dishwasher was missing the upper drawer, which was a but weird. We stayed with our baby and they didn't offer anything for her for breakfast. All in all I don't think that the price fits.
