Ynaira hotel & Spa

Beautiful hotel and facilities ! Great breakfast and tasty coffee ! Really liked the love to the detail and the style of the hotel.The staff really tried to help us with the hard-bed situation and gave us an extra topper.

- location - no restaurants accessible without car ( no hotel restaurant or snacks available, so you HAVE to go out ) - bed - extremely HARD - my red flag for not re-booking the hotel ( sadly) - the whirlpool at the terrace wasn't really inviting (got the sense it just got put there without incorporating it in the hotel concept) , and you can see through to other balconies ( not a lot of privacy)

We really like the quietness, the architecture of the hotel building, and that it was a small hotel, which is not so common in Mallorca.

The equipment in the gym, especially the foam roller, elastic bands, and the weights, were old and broken.

Breakfast was nice, good selection and fresh juice / coffee/ eggs to order. The room is functional, the staff are very nice, they upkeep the hotel well. It's centrally located not being far from many parts of the east side of Mallorca. We found the air conditioning TOO cold, if that's possible. We liked the honesty bar and it's a quiet hotel.

The pool is smaller than it appears in the photos and there are not any real restaurants really in the village. It is a small modern hotel with no views of the countryside and shared small courtyard with the pool.

Pleasant and peaceful location, high standard and good taste in furnishing. Breakfast was tasty and staff was helpful. Nice calm pool area where you can chill out and swim.

Bicycles need a bit of love and maintenance.

A beautifully renovated boutique hotel in the middle of Mallorca. We loved the bright double room with views on 2nd floor that we got after a downgrade. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and direct.

We booked a junior suite with balcony and views as seen in photos and described by features, but received one on the ground floor in front of the pool. The ad on Booking was clearly misleading. The problem with this room type is that it's pretty dim in winter and there is no privacy once curtains are open and other guests can easily peek into your room when you just want to get some sun in. This was clearly not what we expected. The staff was not understanding at first, tried to deflect the issue to Booking, but then came around and offered us a downgrade to a double room with balcony and views - albeit without refund for the price difference. We loved the new room and accepted since it was bright and had views and we didn't mind the smaller size, but seeing the staff not fully owning the problem left a sour taste. Btw: the text and photos on Booking were updated after we notified them.The spa experience was below our expectations (1h per day on reservation), steam bath broken, Sauna too small to fully lie down, spa atmosphere is not very inviting.There is a constant noise in the yard, maybe from the pool facilities?! Try to stay as far away from it as possible.

The bed was very comfy, the rainhead shower was lovely and the fridge was nice and big. Also heloise on reception was very kind and sweet. It was a very quiet and relaxing setting, comunal áreas very rustic and cosy. Spa was a nice addition although Steam room was out of order, and gym had everything you Needed. Also honesty bar was great, other than cant have a long drink after 7pm as they lock the cabinets.

- no Bin in main room- no makeup/vanity station- towels with stains and new towels were damp- half boarded Up waredrobes in bedroom which was a bit odd- breakfast staff were very slow and non attentive.- no UK chanels on TV- cleaners dont lock your hotel room when they leave- tea/coffee station not replemished at all - no staff in the building from 7pm till the morning.- cleaners very noisy at 6am Another problem we had on arrival was finding small pieces of glass shattered on the floor in our room, which they did come to clean Up but Next morning found a fairly large piece of glass on the shower floor. After that we were kindly compensated with a bottle of wine.

Maybe heat the outdoor pool a bit when it gets into the colder months

Beautiful setting for the hotel

Beware that the AC do not work in the rooms after 1 Nov so the room was boiling hot. The spa was very small and the massage room wasn’t quite as well equipped as you would expect given the prices paid - it was right where the gym is and not very well sound-proofed.

We had a wonderful stay!!Little quiet village with a verry nice parking close to the hotel. There is a small supermarket that you need to visit to. The people that work there make you feel like home. We recommend to use the spa, it has everything to relax and it’s only for Max. 4 people so not crowdy at all

If perfection was a hotel it would be Ynaira. Located in a small village not far from the best beaches on the east coast of Mallorca, the hotel is wonderful. The pool is great to have fun during the day, with a spa, sauna, hammam and a small but well equipped gym. We were there during the annual village fiesta with daily entertainment. Despite the noise until late at night we had a great stay, a great sleep thanks to the confortable beds and pillows. The rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful and cherry on top is the staff. Everyone is very very very friendly and helpful. Perfection and highly recommended, we’ll come back.

Truly wonderful stay. Beautiful hotel in lovely authentic village. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and we enjoyed the village fiesta!

Facility was a bit small for your price

The host was more than kind, offering the insights into the island's beaches, restaurants and places to go. They were supportive at any moment. The breakfast was very delicious, changing a bit from day to day.

The staff was so nice!! Very attentive and helpful… lent us beach umbrella, chargers, gave us tips and just overall very nice. The hotel itself is in a great location, felt safe and relaxed at all times. The decoration and construction is beautiful!!! Also the breakfast was great. I actually loved the concept. They bring you a tray with a determined amount of food and if you want more you can always ask. The food was fresh and with slight variations everyday. We just enjoyed so much and travel all around the island from the hotel. Beautiful experience and would love to come back and recommend.

Excellent, clean and tranquil rooms. The breakfast was superb and staff were lovely! The property itself is beautiful and located in a picturesque location. The outdoor pool is also lovely! We are looking forward to our next stay.

Beautiful interior, great breakfast, we loved the Spa and would definitely come back. Also, Ariany is a really nice little village.
