Pros +

• Room was clean , the place is chill
• The rooms and villa look really good, everything is new and clean. Good facilities and parking are available. Even though it is not so close to the village, the view and wilderness can really make a difference in this case.

Cons -

• I have to pay extra to use the A/C
• The noise from the village can be heard even if you have the windows and balcony doors closed (not related to the villa itself, but good to know, i think) The other guests were very loud and we could hear them in the morning talking very loud on the hallway. This is something related to the good manners of each individual, but the property should take some precautions in this case as well and impose some quiet hours. The owner of the property called in advance and asked us to transfer a sum of money as a guarantee we were coming, although there was no payment required on Booking. She was nice, but she was permanently complaining about how many taxes she has to pay for everything and how much she invested in building the place, as well as not being able to recover the investment in a short period of time. Also, she asked us repeatedly to cancel the reservation so she wouldn't pay any further taxes. I understand that this is a big concern for her, but this is no information that should be given to the guests, as it is not the guest responsibility to solve, and it gives a negative overall vibe. For sure we will not visit this place again, even though it was a nice one.
