Hotel and rooms were very clean. You can reserve private sauna with jacuzzi. Good eating around the hotel. Near the border to Croatia and Slovenia.

No activities to do around especially in the winter.

Friendly staff, available good restaurant and parking, good breakfast. There is amazing view on the river from your window. Clean and spacious room.

Location is excellent, few metars near the state border between Republika Srpska and Croatia.

The tobaco smell in the restaurant and room halls.Beds ar not comfortable, and they are very short.There was not heating in the room, the thermo regulation button was broken, but there was heating in the rest of hotel.The breakfast was of poor quality and not varied.

elevator not working during no power -

Loved the parking and the look of hotel and the location being on the beutiful Una river.

We struggled with toilet seats, which is not such a big deal but when travelling with two 7 year olds then it becomes a deal.

The hotel is very very good. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, in a good location in the town, with great parking. It is on the bank of the river and has a very spacious and nice terrace. The breakfast was not a buffet, but several types of breakfast could be chosen from a menu. The ham and eggs and club sandwich were unique. Well done, you exceeded our expectations.The area seems completely lively and safe (at 23.00). The border crossing with the Croatian part is 20 meters away.

The hotel is comfortable for rest, but we used it for an overnight stay during a long journey. The inconvenience is that it is about 20 km away. from the main highway and to get to it have to pass through a border crossing. This takes a little time, we had to wait 25 minutes in line.

A real oasis if you don’t like old fashioned heavy timber “ethno” type places. Modern, clean and efficient and well worth paying extra to have a view over the river. Restaurant is good and staff friendly. Good value for money too. If you are in Croatia and looking for a place to stay in the vicinity it is definitely worth coming across the border to stay. The hotel looks on to the Dubica border bridge.

The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. The location, on the River Una, is terrific and the 'apartment' room we had was spacious and comfortable. It was the off-season when we stayed but imagine it would get quite busy mid-summer.

Great service with great persons, which supported us in any kind of manner. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel offers great massages! Thanks again for the relaxing time :)The gym is small, but has everything what you need. Additionally, the room view on the river „Una“ was extraordinary. Thanks again for the stay!

Breakfast could be improved

It was in a nice location alongside the river.

I found that several upgrades are needed. For example, water leaked out of the shower quite significantly, the TV was strangely small, the grout in the bathroom is discolored and needs to be redone, etc…It would not take very much for them to improve these things.

Great location. Everyone was really friendly, professional and helpful. The food was great. The room was spacious and clean.

sun blocking curtains! east side rooms get so much bright sunlight early in the morning. sun hits a room through thin curtains and hits opposing wall with a big mirror for 1-2 punch!!!

Top service!!!!At my car i had a broken tire.The stuff and Petar was very helpful.They organized in a very quick time new tires in Banja Luka and repaired it on the parking area from the hotel in 6 hours.Best Hotel experience, thank you very much.
