- The staff is incredibly courteous, helpful and friendly. The hotel/room was clean, comfortable and inviting. We had the attic room which was perfect for us and very cozy and quiet. The pool was so refreshing and inviting. Highly recommend!

- The hotel was set in a beautiful garden with swimming pool. unfortunately it was too cold to swim when we were there, but we appreciated very much that our room was heated although there were few guests due to the adverse weather. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

- The shower door was broken and the shower holder also broken. The room needs some tlc over winter. The bed quilt had been repaired a few times and probably needed replacing. We had to ask for cups and extra shower gel. The above didn’t affect our stay there .

- The first night we had a room in the basement (No 105). It turned out to be next to the television room and below the kitchen. This meant only sleep between 23:30 and 6:30. We asked for another room and did receive one (it was clear the problem of this was well known to the staff). It remained however very noisy, no natural light during daytime and no view. Was very disappointing stay and don't understand the high rating others provided to this accommodation. When extended our stay in Pescasseroli we moved to another location in the city.
