- The breakfast was good, coffee was made-to-order, and breakfast staff was friendly and professional.
- Amazing spa and breakfast. Very comfortable rooms with an amazing view. Very easy walk into town.
- Location is outstanding.
Cons -
- We booked a standard double room on Booking. The bathroom picture on Booking showed a bathtub but we were given a different room with a tiny walk-in shower with a toilet right next to the shower and facing it; there was so little space and we could not sit on the toilet without our legs pressing against the shower. We asked for a different room and showed the picture of a room with bathtub on Booking, but the staff said that was a deluxe room. They moved us to a different room where the toilet was not right next to the walk-in shower but there was still no bathtub like pictured on Booking.
- 5 day trip in Italy. This was the most expensive, yet the lowest quality of all stays.Beautiful old structure, but not well maintained. Bathrooms are not nice at all.Eggs were cold. Low quality breakfast buffet.
- Needs renovation, and a lot of work in the back garden

The staff were wonderful and very understanding of an email miscommunication. The facilities were great, the room was comfortable.
Sourroundings, breakfast outside
Needs renovation, and a lot of work in the back garden
Staff were nice and helpful
Tiniest dingy room and tiniest bathroom- hotel was nearly empty and they gave us one of the worst rooms, with one towel and one water bottle for a double. They continuously pumped cheesy American covers of bad American pop songs in the lobby, reading room, and restaurant, very loud- it was a form of torture that made escaping from the tiny bedroom not enjoyable.
Outside
Toilet brush dirty, tv don’t work , lift very dirty , not very nice ,
Beautiful property Clean rooms Nice breakfastGreat price
They had a massive party on we did not know about The only way to have a drink was in this huge party with lots of young students. I did manage to get one and take it to the room, but it would have been nice to have been told about the party so that we could have stayed somewhere else as we had our dog with us. The staff were pleasant but we did feel second to the students being left to be attended to after waiting for a long time whilst they were buying tickets to the party. A bit more organisation and consideration for the guests would have been appreciated and made the stay more enjoy-full as the hotel was lovely.
Good location, clean and comfortable. The Slovakian lady in reception when we arrived was very welcoming, and happy to share her local knowledge, which made our stay more than just an overnight stop - thank-you.
Our room was cosy and the heating was very powerful. Whilst its not a massive room, they have been clever with the space and there is plenty of storage on either side of the bed. Use of the spa isnt included but we really enjoyed it, 2 hours just flew by! We also used the gym space which was clean
No kettle provided in the room. The steam room in the spa was full of mould so we didn't use it. Breakfast was from 7:30am but beforehand there were people staying in the hotel who worked nearby so they cleared out the breakfast and it wasn't replenished afterwards unless you asked for it. They also used up the parking spaces with large vans between 4 -5pm everyday so we had to make sure we were back by then to get a space
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Since I love mountains, the location and the view were amazing. However, the room was quite small. Also, as I enjoy eating vegetables for breakfast, I had a bit of a hard time.Considering the facilities offered for the price, it was really good. I’m thinking of staying there again.
Passable
I thought charging full price (€40) for an 8 year old and a 10 year old to have a swim (as children are not able to use the Turkish bath or the sauna) was unreasonable, especially after making us wait until 8 p.m. to enter the spa. We also did not sleep very well due to the staff party that went on until 1 a.m. when I mentioned these things as I checked out nothing was done.
Nice view from the garden
Extremely small rooms and showers
It is a beautiful vintage house with a nice garden and stunning views.
The rooms are extremely small. If you are a couple, each with a suitcase, it’s nearly impossible to open your bags and move around the bed. Keep in mind the room’s dimensions, but also consider that they include furniture like cabinets, a desk, etc., which makes the space feel even smaller.
Great spa, old style very professional restaurant , superb food.
Work going on, so a little of drilling and banging during the day maybe check before you book.
There was nothing that I liked. Not the hotel, nor the facilities, neither the personnel.
WC did not flush, the button to flush was broken. Only 2 electricity sockets were operating. The bathroom was falling apart.
The views
The room was so small and facing the pool and people could look into it! Also outdated
It was well kept, the patio was lovely at night with lights. Very nice ambiance at all times! There was good supply of soap, good hair products and more.We had a stunning view of the Dolomite’s from our room window.
The waiter at both lunch and dinner were super friendly and nice. The food was fresh and good, did not get a chance to try breakfast. The superior room was spacious, soft bed.
Thin walls, it got very noisy especially in the morning and when some guests know only to slam doors.. they supposedly offer laundry service they told us that it would not be possible to get it because we were staying only 24h…okay… (we just finished a three hour hike under deep rain and this was the only thing we needed).. the reception agents looked bothered at us during both check in check out processes indeed I do not think the place is especially welcoming to hikers.. saved us for one night would not go back
Relaxed atmosphere with a fantastic terrace for dining with views of the Dolomites. Great food, very comfortable bed and one of the best showers we’ve had in Italy! (Deluxe double room). Fantastic location to unwind after a hard trek in the Dolomites.
No air con, but with mountain breeze we didn’t really need it.
